I would AVOID staying in this place. I stayed here for a week in Bilo 2/4 room (double bed + sofa bed). Temperature in the room was max 21 One day there was no hot water at all. Internet at the afternoon not working at all. The room was very noisy, you can hear your neighbour all the time. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, after 2 days on it your back is done. I had to take the matrace and sleep on the floor. Standard double bed is good and bedding is comfortable. In kitchen only 2 out of 4 stoves works, fridge door was stuck so it was not possible to close fully. The place was clean and the local manager is super nice and there is nice restaurant downstairs. The only positive part was the cheap price but I would never stay here again.

Struttura comoda per visitare Bormio e Livigno. Bormio si raggiunge anche a piedi tramite una pista ciclabile in poco più di un ora. Appartamento semplice ma pulito con una bellissima vista sulla valle. Personale cortese. Parcheggio per auto e bici, quest'ultimo in un garage chiuso e sicuro.

Avevamo prenotato una stanza con vista montagna, con nostro stupore, era con vista cantiere. La proprietaria, quando ha consegnato le chiavi, è stata molto carina nel donarci il 10% di sconto per le terme di Bormio, e si è raccomandata di lasciare la stanza pulita e in ordine entro le 10 del mattino. L’appartamento era sprovvisto del minimo indispensabile per cenare: tovaglioli, tovagliette, (ci siamo arrangiati con la carta igienica e un panno per le mani) sale, olio e condimenti basici. Per la doccia abbiamo aspettato un po’ per ricevere l’acqua calda. Quando abbiamo lasciato la camera, all’orario indicato, abbiamo sentito la proprietaria poco dopo, si è lamentata dicendo che avevamo lasciato tutto sporco, spazzatura, e scolapiatti sporco. Personalmente ho rifatto i letti, pulito il piano cottura, con quello che c’era a disposizione, e le stoviglie pulite le ho lasciate asciugare nello scolapiatti, non avendo alternativa. Devo dire che è stata scortese e poco disponibile dall’inizio alla fine. Per il resto il posto è carino, con dettagli in legno, non fa freddo visti i riscaldamenti centralizzati. Per il prezzo meglio spendere €20 in più e andare in hotel.

Esperienza molto positiva! Proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile, camere pulitissime, ordinate e molto calde con vista super! Parcheggio disponibile all'aperto. Perfetto in tutto! Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Ho alloggiato una notte presso questo residence . Un monolocale caldo davvero accogliente e curato nell’arredo tutto in stile montanaro ! Ottima accoglienza dal parte del personale . Vicinanza alle terme bagni Nuovi circa un paio di km . Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno a un ottimo prezzo ! Consiglio a tutti ! Io di sicuro ci ritornerò !
