"Beautiful building and the spa was very nice. There is a national park for hiking just behind the hotel. However, the facilities were below expectations otherwise. The food at the hotel wasn’t up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. This is inconvenient considering there was no shop or restaurant within walking distance to the hotel. The free shuttle to the town center was somehow not available for majority of our stay. I feel the hotel could do a lot better"

"I was the first family to check in for one week skiing holidays. Staying with small kids, I have asked at the checkin for a quiet room. Lady assured me I am getting it. Instead I got one just above Piano Bar. On the first night there was a disco till midnight, which made it impossible for the kids to go to sleep. When I asked the owner to turn the volume down a bit, he sent me back telling me it is hotel and it is normal… My judgement, with such an approach, I won’t be back. You can decide on your own."
