Hotel Cardo
" Ugly rooms need renovation, cold in the rooms, no comfort. Customer service - very poor. Sauna not heated. Food, especially for breakfast, not varied. I'm sorry but this hotel is stuck in the Middle Ages."
QC Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi Bormio
"We've been staying at this hotel since 2016, and unfortunately, I have to say the service has gotten worse. Before, there were many little touches that made a difference, like the face mask or lotion left on our bed in the evening. I don't expect such touches to be the norm, mind you, but this time, the shampoo and shower gel provided weren't even enough for our stay—they were barely enough for one person, which is unheard of in a hotel of this caliber. Information at reception is often unclear, and upon checkout, we were greeted with obvious annoyance by an unkind receptionist. Another disappointing point is that you can't stay at the spa on your day of departure, but only until 11:00, which significantly limits the experience of staying at the hotel. During dinner, although the food was very good, I found that not all of the dining room staff were up to par: a waitress interrupted our private conversation with an unsolicited comment, which came across as unprofessional. I'm sorry to write a negative review after so many years of frequenting it, but I feel it's fair to point out this marked decline in quality. I hope that in the future they will try to restore the standards that made it such a special destination."
QC Hotel Bagni Vecchi
"We spent five (3) nights in the historic Hotel Bagni Vecchi di Bormio during our trip to Bormio. The rooms are well-appointed with an array of amenities and several types of robes and slippers. After a day of hiking, sightseeing, or biking, the hotel offers a first-class spa offering an array of services including a wonderful steam room, outdoor pool, roman baths and much more! During our entire stay the service was 5 stars. Many thanks to everyone at Hotel Bagni Vecchi for helping us with our laundry and other needs!! We will be back. The Team at Jetsetz.com "
Meublè Rosalpina
Hotel Cima Piazzi
"The hotel is a beautifully managed mountain hotel. Clean and spacious room, beautiful common areas, comfortable and well-free from outside the bar and restaurant. There is a very good breakfast. The hotel is a comfortable location for both Bormio and Livigno."
Hotel Miravalle
"I was the first family to check in for one week skiing holidays. Staying with small kids, I have asked at the checkin for a quiet room. Lady assured me I am getting it. Instead I got one just above Piano Bar. On the first night there was a disco till midnight, which made it impossible for the kids to go to sleep. When I asked the owner to turn the volume down a bit, he sent me back telling me it is hotel and it is normal… My judgement, with such an approach, I won’t be back. You can decide on your own."
Hotel Interalpen
"Stunning location, beautiful landscape, clean rooms, excellent service, the restaurant is very good with great food at a reasonable price, amazing breakfast"
Hotel San Carlo, Tra Bormio e Livigno
"We greatly appreciated friendliness of hotel staff, cleanliness of the room and quality of the breakfast. We had room with beautiful view. Parking near the hotel was great. Generally great experience."
Hotiday Bormio Valdidentro
"No fan of the parking supplement ! I don't understand why we have to pay for parking on a zero wave ground ..."
