Once I checked in, I was told to paid £20.00 for 2 days parking & also breakfast was not included. I was very, very unhappy about it.

The room had some leftover milk packets . Also the room didn’t had some basic stuff like shower caps. Also if you are booked online you have to pay extra 10for parking

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and comfortable beds. This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Oxford. Breakfast was also really good.

Nice hotel with reasonable price. Easy parking but why guest needs to pay for the parking since it is located in outskirt area, with huge open space land? :)

Very disappointed, you don't know the service can be so bad At the beginning, I was told that the room I booked does not include breakfast, and I had to negotiate and communicate; the door lock sensor had a problem, and I got the door locked for three hours, and was locked outside for three hours. The hotel's handling during this period was also terrible, ignoring and not communicating; the bed in the barrier-free room was very low and soft, and it felt like being beaten when sleeping; the floor of the bathroom shower room was flat, and the water flowed to the door when I took a shower; mineral water was not provided without asking; no slippers, toothpaste or toothbrush were provided; I watched the waiter clean up, but he just picked up the bath towels on the floor and left, and didn't mop or sweep the floor, and then changed the bed sheets, dust was flying everywhere, and other places were not wiped at all You have to carry your own luggage, and the luggage wheels also have problems, it is difficult to push The waiter also has a bad attitude, and his English is not English In short, it is a place that is not accessible

The hotel is not bad. The room is not big but clean. The toilet is a bit small. The breakfast includes sausages, eggs, juice, fruit, hash browns, bread, etc. The taste is just average.

The room was very ordinary, but the floor design of the hotel was not convenient for large luggage. The restaurant in the lobby was the best western food I had during my trip to the UK.

It's about 15 minutes' drive from Oxford University. The environment is OK. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. The charge seems to be 10 pounds. There are supermarkets and gas stations next to it.

The room is of a decent size, clean and tidy, and is pretty good among similar hotels in the UK. Traditional English breakfast, quite sumptuous
