Sehr schickes 2 sterne hotel in einer sehr guten lage. etwas hellhörig und kleines bad aber für ein hwei sterne ist es super.

Cet hôtel bien placé au centre de valence près de la gare dans lequel je séjourne de temps à autre .le personnel a l’accueil très sympathique et dévoué.J’ai eu la surprise lors de mon arrivée dans ma chambre par une chaleur étouffante en cette première journée chaude de ne pas trouver de télécommande de climatisation. Après avoir demandé une solution a la sympathique personne de l’accueil,celui ci m’a indiqué que la climatisation étant groupée par étage. Elle ne sera effective qu’en mai concernant le rafraîchissement des chambres.Cela me semble surprenant chacun ayant un ressenti différent concernant la température ressentie. Peut-être une économie d’électricité sur le dos et le confort des clients.une mesquinerie peu compréhensible.

Mon séjour à été parfaitement parfait surtout au niveau de l'accueil et une propreté digne de ce nom....Le négociant à Valence mérite une étoile de plus vu son service dans son ensemble... vivement décembre pour 1 semaine dans cet établissement.

Bel hotel, idealement situé pour visiter Valence a pieds. Belle chambre d hotel, assez moderne malgré la moquette des couloirs et escaliers vieillottes. Possibilité de manger sur place. Bon accueil. Etablissement propre.

Good location in the city. Good parking facilities. Friendly atmosphere. Breakfast ok. Clean but small room. The most disturbing thing was the twinbed, which was too narrow for two grown adults.

Not what we expected. Very old-fashioned hotel with bad breakfast, no omelette no eggs. Just bread and cereals. The location is good though but we would never stay here again.

Hotel zag er goed uit en er waren nog kamers beschikbaar. Bij het aanmelden bleek dat een visa kaart nodig was voor de waarborg. Gewoon betalen met bankkaart was geen optie. De receptioniste was alles behalve flexibel of probleemoplossend en kon het niet veel schelen. Dan maar naar een ander hotel moeten gaan.
