Best Pet friendly Hotels in Valence

A fuir !!! Une sorte de lit de camps dans la chambre : pas un lit en fait : ressort bruyant et matelas en mousse . Nuit blanche assurée, on a finit par mettre le matelas en mousse par terre. Et la réception répond ” oui en effet mais on est en train de changer ces lits..” sauf que des commentaires datant de plusieurs annees parlent déjà de ces lits! Ils nous offrent une nuit pour 4 de ce fait : merci mais j ai peur de retomber sur ces lits de camps.

From the outside the hotel does not look appealing. Once inside it is ok. But the woman at reception desk was very unfriendly. I stood before her for minutes and she did not even give me a look. So I sat down and waited. My husband came with the luggage and stood before her. Still no reaction. If we were not so tired we would have left. I understand if you are busy but saying hello to your client is the least you can do. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel....meanwhile the cleaning lady was vaccuming at our feet. Room is good, clean, location very good. Private parking available. You do hear people in rooms above walk around. Breakfast very ok.

The auxiliary equipment is the same as the Chinese hotel (uncommon in France), the service attitude is also very good, the breakfast is a little inferior to the bigger hotel, close to the train station, good

My experiences with Premiere Class have grown through. Breakfast was mostly quite unappetited. Why I then overnight here at all. Simple: the price is a bit. The hotel is almost new and already quite skillful. There is an elevator and a large parking space. You can also sit outside. Whoever loves steaks has a rich selection of restaurants (photo). The hotel is not at A7 and also remote. I wasn't so satisfied with the staff. I was bound to double the tax.

A good located hotel for travellers crossing France, rooms are clean and functional, but that’s it. Reception is a one man show, running across area, attending phone and in between receiving check in guests. Restaurant as a mass distribution of food, loud, unreal and large, no love to detail. Employees are doing their work, but attitude and guest welcoming is a word of an other universe. At last we paid 214 € for a double room with breakfast and 85€ for a dinner, served with no attention and a lack of attention. Unfortunate.
