The room was clean and soundproofed. The design style is a style I like very much. Photos are especially made. Maybe the Christmas season, the price is really a bit high.
Breakfast is not bad, hot food can be ordered. 19 euros a person.
The young lady at the front desk was very good in English, and patiently explained the city map and surrounding attractions to me. Also gave a discount card for the British Palace Mall.
The kettle is not very clean, and then the next day, I will not add anything to the water.

The hotel has a great location. Within 15 minutes of walk you’re in the beautiful city centre of Valencia. All the other places to see are within 15 minutes by bike or even less with electric scooter. The area Russafa is filled with many good places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need. Breakfast was good, restaurant staff also works hard to keep everything maintained. The rooms are very nice, AC works good, clean up every day by very friendly ladies. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hostel is great in connecting everybody, because they have a group chat so it’s easier to connect with one another also they send recommendations in there so u know what there is happening in the city. Also they organize small dinners for a small price where everybody can meet. Around 8 in the morning the airco stops so it warmer in the room so u need to get the staff to turn it on again. And during the day it can get really hot in the common area unless u are oké with just sitting in front of a ventilator.. breakfast is really simple some slices of bread with jam/marmelade and 2 types of cereal so for me that would be something they could improve. But then again u can also make your own which is fine! Cause u can use the refrigerator and a basket to put your stuff in. Other then that I most definitely coming back here if I’m in Valencia.

The hotel is very close to the attractions, and everything is very convenient. It also has inflatable car electronics and free parking. Since I don't understand Spanish, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and proactive in helping and teaching how to use it! Very heartwarming! 👍👍❤️

At the arrival, the reception made us feel unwelcome and we actually considered to change to another one. We arrived at the hotel at around noon and they told us that the room would be ready at 3 pm (as per their check-in time policy). We went for a visit to the city and came back after 4 pm. But were then told that the room was not ready yet. We waited half-hour before finally getting the room. After that initial experience, our stay was pleasant. The hotel room was clean and big. The breakfast was excellent, even for special diet (gluten-free & lactose-free). The staff at the breakfast were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel room was functional and big, but the style was outdated. One could hear the neighbours and the people walking in the corridor without difficulty. The air condition worked well and was even enabled to stay on while we were not in the room (more than 40 degrees celcius outside). The air condition was adjustable to the temperature that you liked. The hotel is situated in a residential area with supermarkets and restaurant in the close proximity. There were many bus stopping nearby, but the metro station is further away and reachable by a 15 minutes walk. Overall, the hotel was good value for the money and we recommend to take the breakfast if you stay in this hotel.

Stayed here for 14 nights in September 2022, the hotel was lovely and clean. I shared a deluxe twin room with my daughter, the room was spacious, had a kettle, tv, air con - all worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was carried out immaculately! The staff were all very helpful and reception staff answered any queries promptly and politely. The location is amazing with the old town and the beach within walking distance ( I am 60years of age) The breakfast was very good with numerous options, the only criticism is that although there were 2 hot drinks machines, at busy times you sometimes needed to queue. The wifi, although working most of the time would often be very slow, maybe a booster for signal required. Lots of places to dine nearby or you could order a meal to be delivered. We fully intend to return to the same hotel next year, as our visit was so enjoyable!!!!!!.

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

I have read a lot of bad reviews, but this is our experience: -Hotel staff: 100/100 great attention! Very pleasant, they resolve anything (we were without a loader and we were charged the phone). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. -Cleaning: everything was in perfect condition and cleaning was unpolluted. The beds were quite comfortable. Soft coats and cotton fit. Haves pool and padel track. Unquestionably an experience we will repeat

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.
CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
SSUSIE ON THE WAYThis price is very cost-effective for this accommodation.
Clean and good location.
It is worth mentioning that the service is full, the front desk lady is very nice.
Knowing that we were going to catch the train the next morning, I asked which train station very carefully (there are two, afraid that we will go wrong)
I left at 5 o'clock in the morning and didn't arrive at breakfast time. I helped pack it in advance and take it away. When I waited for the bus, I opened it and looked at it. It was too rich. ~ It was very good to serve from the perspective of the guests.
GGuest UserMy adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.
GGuest UserGreat location and layout of hostel, free dinners every night if you sign up for it as well as lots of activities to join if you want. Would definitely stay here again.
JJose TorranoI read comments from someone who complained about everything that if the elevators were slow, if the air conditioning if there was little hygiene…. Let's see, I'm not saying that there can't be a specific case, but for example, it seemed great to me, for the weekend I've been. As there are more than 12 floors, it is normal for the elevators to stop like in El Corte Inglés, but nothing is a problem, perfect hygiene, the bathroom accessories are all fabulous.
The weather was more than enough, we are in August with a heat wave and I have slept with a sabanita…. There is a children's games service, the pool without anyone grilling you in case you have something to drink there, the parking directly to the room and the cafeteria in the hall is a luxury.
So for my part I would return and if it helps you I think you will not regret it.
Great hotel the staff are really helpful . Couldn’t fault it Central location great choices on breakfast buffet ……. Not a huge selection but certainly enough choice Rooms are super clean and a decent size …. We had an internal room but still had a window just no view All in all a great hotel & will definitely be looking to book in this group again
AAlbertRLocation is perfect. Just outside you can find many restaurants, shops and plazas. Really easy to find the nearest metro station. From the hotel location everything is really close to reach. Room is not quite spacious but it’s nice and clean. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the rooms beside but nothing to noisy.
I included breakfast for every morning. They have coffee machines, pastries, bread and cereals, cheese and ham, juices, yogurt and different kinds of milk.
If you don’t include breakfast, there’s a bakery and many restaurants just outside the hotel so you can figure out.
The staff was nice and kind.
FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness
Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel.
Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us.
Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night.
Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, it was very convenient, there was a supermarket next to it to buy things, go to the restaurant on the direction of Metro Line 7. The hotel is not big, the front desk service is warm, and the check-in is directly done in advance. There should be a room available. A total of 3 waiters were met. English was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillow was uncomfortable 😔, the air conditioner was started for a while, it was very noisy. The TV location is particularly close, very close to the bed, and it is very uncomfortable to look up. The bathroom space is also very large, that is, the nozzle and the toilet flush are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool, you can take a towel at the front desk, you need a shower cap, the water is very cold, and the two waves of foreigners have frozen away, haha. Very clean, there is a sauna room (to make an appointment at the front desk before use, it should be preheated). The front desk temporarily bought a drink, 2 euros a can, not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room can be used, and there is a bottle of mineral water.
