The curtains don’t block the sun and give you very very limited privacy. The host never responds to texts. They say there is storage space for before and after check in but that is not true. The shower curtain/glass hardly provides protection and the floor gets wet. Positives : the location is perfect.

Er wordt geadverteerd met een woon kamer en een aparte slaapkamer. Er was slechts 1 kamer. En de slaapbank, deze is niet geschikt (ook niet voor kinderen) om op te slapen. Bij de douche komt rioollucht uit doucheputje als de bovenburen zich douchen. Zeer gehorig, je hoort de buren naar de wc gaan, douchen , met stoelen schuiven en lopen. Verder is er te weinig toiletpapier en waren er geen toiletartikelen en voldoende schoonmaakmiddelen (geen schoonmaakdoekjes). Ook hiervoor werd geadverteerd. Voor de prijs was de hetgeen aangeprezen werd niet in verhouding.

Mi estancia en Art Homes Lavadero fue simplemente excepcional. La ubicación ideal permitió explorar fácilmente, las habitaciones ofrecían una comodidad extraordinaria y el personal siempre amable hizo que la experiencia fuera inolvidable. Sin duda, planeo regresar y recomendar este lugar a otros viajeros. ¡Una elección perfecta para disfrutar al máximo de mi tiempo en el destino!

Apartamento súper moderno, funcional y muy bien equipado. Pasamos unos días en la habitación y estuvimos muy a gusto. Está en una ubicación súper céntrica, muy cerca del centro, de bares y restaurantes y puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio. Si volvemos a Valencia repetiremos seguro, muy recomendable.

Everything in there was incredible. The water was hot throughout my stay, clean linen too. However, it would be nice to have an iron, ironing board and a microwave for people that stay longer & use the utilities provided to the full extent. The location is great too as it is located in the city center and there’s shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants close by and it’s about a 30min bus drive to the Malvarrosa beach, incredible.

Supergezellig interieur, heel schoon. De kamers zijn erg mooi en comfortable. Ligging van het hotel is top. Huiselijke sfeer in de centrum van de stad met verschillende fantastische restaurants en cafes op loopafstand. Ik voelde me thuis bij Art Homes Lavadero!
