Había solicitado una habitación doble de uso individual y exterior. Me asignaron una habitación interior: sin luz natural, iluminación mortecina. Ventana directamente a unos bajos sin limpiar. Lo peor no fue esto, sino la falta de agua caliente: el agua (habitación 129) salía ligeramente tibia. La conserje, muy amable, me explicó que había que realizar "un truco" (mover el mando del agua de caliente a frío varias veces) pero aún así, sólo sale agua ligeramente tibia. Lo menos que se puede pedir a un hotel con un precio considerable es poder duch****. Esa habitación debería clausur****, no tiene el estándar mínimo requerido. La ubicación es útil si se necesita estar cerca de las facultades (Universidad de Valencia).

Perfetta location. A metà tra il centro ed il mare.Vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente anche a piedi in 15 minuti. Camere spaziose confortevoli e pulite. Letti enormi e comodissimi. Staff molto cortese. Colazione varia e completa.

Un hotel "onesto", pulito e con tutto quello che serve, in una posizione molto favorevole, data la vicinanza alla metropolitana, che lo collega al centro della città e all'aeroporto. Non entusiasma, ma nemmeno delude. Perfetto per chi bada al sodo.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The overnight receptionist (older guy with gray hair who didn’t want to tell us his name) is absolutely awful. I came to València to vacation and had a friend who is walking distance from here. He had a problem that she walked me to my hotel room for the night and accused her of sleeping here when their beds could barely even hold one person. As someone who lives here of course my friend is going to walk me in and make sure I’m all set for the night. I asked him if there were certain visiting hours that the hotel enforced so I know but he was mute and just said that she stays here too long. The night after when my friend walked me in he didn’t even greet us he said “10 minutes”. How dare he! My friend wouldn’t even want to sleep here if I begged her and she barely even wanted to walk me in ice he made us feel so uncomfortable. Then when I tried to explain that she’s not staying here he said “it’s your last night, I don’t care”. Excuse me! How does he even know it’s my last night ( me specifically out of everyone staying here). My last night is tonight and I couldn’t be happier. If you want to feel watched and uncomfortable book here.

Siamo stati per lavoro al Renasa per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: camere pulite, ordinate e con tutto il necessario. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La colazione è abbondante e variegata. La posizione della struttura è perfetta per spostarsi e visitare la città anche a piedi.
