El precio que hemos pagado me parece desorbitado para lo que es.La atención es malísima, no hay forma de que te cojan el teléfono. Pagamos más de cuatrocientos euros por tres noches en Agosto que tuvimos que cambiar por ahora octubre, las 3 noches se convirtieron en dos y aún así con un suplemento de cuarenta y siet euros.Me voy con la sensación de que me han engañado, no creo que sea más caro octubre que agosto y lo de que no cojan el teléfono también me ha enfadado mucho. NO LO RECOMIENDO

With the voucher delivered by the agency which guaranteed it to be a hotel but with an apartment formula, after several emails sent by the agency, to communicate that we would arrive on Monday but we would have anticipated departure the previous day due to flight cancellation (obviously no refund is granted even if widely requested), we went to the place and to our surprise and disappointment, we note that the property has no external mark that recalls the aparthotel. We then contacted the numbers on the voucher, all of which were incorrect. For over an hour and a half we have tried in vain to contact those numbers and our agency in Italy. At 9 pm luck came towards us. A neighbor, given the extreme difficulties (by now we had decided to look for alternative accommodation), gave us a number to contact. We were answered by a person who asked us to send a whatsapp, and by message, by sending photos of the documents, we did a telephone check-in. After a reminder from us, an answer was sent with the modalities of access to the property. About the property, nothing to say, only that we have not received, even if staying for a week, neither change of linen nor of towels for shower and bathroom, if not those already present. The check out was done with a meager "leave the key where you got it." Well, now I wonder, but those who described the manager as polite, helpful, praising him, etc., stayed in the same structure where I have been? How personally can you judge someone if you can't see and hear them?
