El personal muy agradable y servicial. Hemos pasado solo una noche sin desayuno pero se veía que la cafetería estaba bastante bien. En general estaba todo muy limpio y confortable.

Ne pas déjeuner ou dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel en revanche le reste est parfait... L'hôtel est situé à 30mn à pied de la vieille ville, à 5mn du métro, les chambres sont très propres, le lit est hyper confortable, le petit déjeuner est correct et toute l'équipe est aux petits soins.

Todo bien, pero recepción espectacular.La chica, no quiero decir su nombre porque pienso que sus otros compañeros, son igual de competentes. Pues ella nos hizo la reserva, en persona porque fuimos hasta el hotel a reservar la última estancia. Por problemas de salud es la 3ª vez que vamos. Nos reconoció ayer y nos atendió muy muy bien. Volveremos próximamente y espero que podamos vernos. Lo recomiendo. Un saludo

Hotel meraviglioso, pulito e molto accogliente. Tutto il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno io e la mia famiglia, bimbi di 10 e 8 anni. Colazione varia scelta sia di dolce che salato. Ottima cucina e ristorante sempre aperti. Ottima posizione, si raggiunge il centro storico in 15 Min a piedi e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici.

Wicked stay at Kramer Hotel. Catered to tourists and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Spent our days walking, eating and drinking. About a 20 minute walk from one of the best places to get lost. Would come back to stay here in a heart beat!

Personale gentilissimo e grandemente professionale! Nessuno dei ragazzi della reception si è risparmiato nel coccolarci, aiutarci e fornirci tutte le informazioni utili per un soggiorno eccezionale in questa meravigliosa città! La struttura è pulitissima e confortevole! Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia, tra cui due bimbi piccoli, e mi sono trovata benissimo. Ottima la colazione ed anche i pranzi! Il personale del bar e del ristorante ha sempre il sorriso e una parola gentile. Che dire dei buffet della colazione? Varietà, abbondanza e qualità! Stra consigliato 🔝
