In general is good location and for guesthouse is not bad. But i think the price is overreted for guesthouse and conditions are provided. Its just a small room with bed, 1 chair and hangers and bathroom- you could pleca at least small table to put some stuff. Also its very noisy, i heard all our neihbors and the kitchen is just in 10 m so you can hear everything. As well there no elevator, and i was with baby car alone so i have to lift up and down 2 floors baby car and baby every time we go out, it wasnt mentioned in description-not the floor not absense of elevator. And AC is not going up more than 24 degrees i was freezing.

Increíble ! simple acceso, cerca de todo, espacios comunes super útiles, gran habitación y FABULOSAMENTE limpio, de negocios o de paseo " no puedes ni dudarlo" esta será tu segunda casa en Valencia !!!

I would go back to Valencia just to stay at this property! It was quiet, clean, and close to the City of Arts and Sciences as well as the beautiful walking paths that meanders for miles.

ottima posizione, camere molto belle e pulite. ottimi i servizi presenti . Molto difficile trovare da parcheggiare , praticamente impossibile. Buona colazione servita in un vicino bar. Forse un po' elevato il prezzo , per questo non da 5 *

Extremely helpful, very clean comfortable modern room … communal area with coffee machine fridge and dish washer was very useful Breakfast where enjoyed in a great cafeteria around the corner We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend

Piccolo B&B situato al primo piano di un grande palazzo...rinnovato internamente con camere confortevole ed area comune dove é possibile usufruire gratuitamente di caffè e biscotti...buon rapporto qualità-prezzo visto il periodo ( ultimo week end de las fallas)...unica pecca la distanza dal centro storico raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata ( circa 20 min)

Siamo stati in questo B&b quattro notti. Non ha nulla di meno di un hotel a quattro stelle. Elegante, rifinito, pulitissimo, comodissimo e molto più tranquillo e intimo di un hotel. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.
