Helen Berger Boutique Hotel

Helen Berger Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice, and helpful. Very convenient location. Would stay there again.

Wonderful boutique hotel with incredible service and very good restaurant, located in a great part of town. Close to everything you want to experience while in Valencia. Rooms are fairly small, but have everything you need, and a very comfortable bed.

Great hotel, great location, excellent staff. We were very well looked after. Very clean room. Did not eat at hotel so can not comment. Would have liked an area to relax in. It’s a great place to stay. We enjoyed it. Very central to everything. No regrets

Lovely hotel in a great location, however bar staff and service were very poor. There didn’t seem to be any management and the waiters were mostly rude unfriendly and inattentive.

This is a wonderful hotel. In a beautiful location with beautiful restaurant/lobby and rooms. The staff has to be some of the best we have ever had. We were treated better than in most 5 star hotels we have stayed in around the world. If we return to Valencia, this is the hotel we would stay in again. My only change would have been to book one of the larger rooms.

Excellent location, staff friendly and could not do enough for you including a lovely surprise awaiting us in our room of bubbly to celebrate a “special big” birthday. Breakfasts outstanding; room service swift, efficient and tasty. Excellent accommodation and room facilities. All bath products were ethically sourced and extremely good quality. Clean fluffy towels, clean room every day. I would highly recommend this hotel.
