What you see is not what you get. The moment you enter the building is the moment you want to leave, as you'll be greeted with an intense smell of sewage. It is so strong that breathing becomes almost impossible. The bad first impression continues inside the apar**ent. In our case, it was filthy, including hairs from previous guests, dead insects, and dust everywhere. We immediately contacted the host, and yes, they did send someone to clean again. However, this time the smell was even worse after they obviously sprayed something in the rooms, and now you had toilet smell mixed with cheap deodorant. It was unbearable, and unthinkable to stay here, so we left and had to book another place, incurring high additional costs. The provider simply stopped responding. We immediately informed them about our departure and demanded a refund of the costs. No response. Eventually, we notified the tourism authority. I strongly advise against booking an accommodation with this provider.

These apar**ents run by Singularstays may be good or bad. The worst part is that you may be chosen to loose your deposit in a perfect scam system they have. They may get the deposit by card and even when you see on other platforms an amount, they may request a larger sum. In my case Booking showed 300 Eur cash damage deposit to be refunded the day of checkout. The reality they requested 400 by card to be refunded within 5 days. When you get the keys they force you to sign a contract where they change that to 30 days after checkout. Imagine a whole month after you left the property, they enjoy your money. Buuut nooo, the best part is that they keep your deposit without telling you anything and block you from contacting them. Read google reviews. They found the way to steal and just ignore foreign clients.

We booked this apar**ent which was advertised by Singular Stays on the *********** website. Despite reserving with Booking .com we had a lot of duplicate and unnecessary paperwork from Singular Stays, including checking-in online and downloading forms. Their paperwork stated that cancellation was free up until 2pm on the day of arrival, which we thought was strange, then we were asked to pay in advance. On arrival in Valencia we had to contact Singular Stays to organize getting the keys and on entry to the apar**ent it was evident that it was not a premium property as advertised but quite basic. They had sent us a photo of our room but this room was not the one in the photo. There were very few utensils in the tiny kitchen, hardly enough to prepare a meal, an ancient microwave, a mishmash of cutlery and assorted plates and dishes and no mugs or cups for a hot drink. There was an iron but no ironing board. There was a small hand brush and pan but no sweeping brush. There was some hand wash in the bathroom and some sort of soap dispenser in the shower area over the bath but no toiletries. There wasn't a bath mat which made having a shower a slippery and precarious affair. We informed Singular Stays about the lack of mugs and they said they would sort it but we didn't hear from them. Then a neighbor, who was also renting through Singular Stays knocked on our door and asked if they could borrow our hair dryer as theirs didn't work and in exchange we borrowed some mugs. Some mugs turned up after 5 days into our stay. Someone let themselves into our apar**ent when we were out and left them in the kitchen!! The adjoining building was undergoing extensive renovations and the builders often started early in the morning with noisy drills and the restaurant just down the street, adjoining a children's playground contributed to the noise level well until after midnight. After reading some of the other reviews about Singular Stays we are thankful that they didn't ask for a damage deposit. The apar**ent is not as advertised but is good value for money as budget accommodation and in a good location. I wouldn't book through Singular Stays again and am hesitant to recommend them for obvious reasons, but if you decide to stay here or have already booked, bring your earplugs!!
