Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht. Mein Freund und ich sind heute abend angereist und waren schon maßlos bedient, als wir im Hotel ankamen. Das Parkhaus für 18 Euro pro Tag ist nicht zumutbar. Es ist super eng sodass wir mit dem Auto nichtmal eine Etage tiefer fahren konnten und nicht wissen ob wir nochmal raus kommen. Des weiteren gibt es keine Möglichkeit über die oberen 2 Etagen des Parkhauses in das Hotel zu gelangen, das heißt erstmal 2 Etagen mit den schweren Koffern zu Fuß laufen, da sich der Aufzug in der untersten Etage befindet. Zu unserem Zimmer: Juniorsuite Es ist einfach nur dreckig und abgenutzt. Die Türklinke, der Druckknopf für das Klo und der Klopapierhalter sind wie unschwer auf den Bildern zu erkennen - Defekt. Der Spiegel und die Fenster, genauso wie sämtliche Armaturen im Bad sind dreckig und haben sämtliche Flecken. Desweiteren ist auf den Bildern, Spiegel und Türrahmen eine dicke Schicht Staub zu finden. Wir werden dieses Hotel morgen schnellstmöglich wieder verlassen und weitere Tage stornieren. So etwas habe ich bis jetzt noch nie erlebt und ist definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Wir würden diesem Hotel maximal 2 Sterne vergeben, denn wir haben uns auf ein paar erholsame Tage in unserem Urlaub gefreut und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Eigentlich müssten wir hierfür eine dicke Entschädigung bekommen.
