NH Ciudad de Valencia Reviews

I liked the small balcony off of the room. The associate that checked me in was not so nice but all others were.

There were Chinese people serving at the counter. When I saw a Chinese person, not only did they not receive me warmly, but they seemed to look down on the Chinese people and were unfriendly. This kind of service attitude is out of date today. The rooms are very small, the parking lot is charged, and the parking lot is open. Without the door, it is very inconvenient to get in and out!

In general it is good, the rooms are very basic and with quite old furniture. The service was perfect, the neighborhood next door is not one of the best in Valencia but you have nearby places for quick shopping like Lidl and some other similar surface.

This time the NH is a bit older and not as refined as the previous NH. On the whole, the service is still as good as ever. In addition, the surrounding food is relatively rich, it is close to the Art and Technology City, and it is close to the seaside. But then again, Valencia is not big. 🙂

Very friendly staff. And the location is very good, in the center of the beach

The rooms are very basic, the furniture old. And we had to change the room as it was very noisy. If neighbors were taking shower or using toilet, all the water was flushing through our room, so we woke up early in the morning. No room service available. All in all too expensive for this hotel.

Great location and clean. But the AC didn't work the first day and we boiled. And on the second and third day, the AC did work but not enough. When we asked for a pedestal fan, we were refused they don't provide. But we asked because we saw another room get it. Ah well!

I had a very clean, good size nice room and bathroom, with comfortable bed, good WiFi, a drinks cooler. Some of the decoration will need renewing soon. Sometimes there was loud noise of toilet and shower from neighboring room.

Run down hotel in a non touristic area. Good location for workers, plenty of cheap local bars to have “Almuerzo Valenciano” nearby. Near the Port and the Grau areas. Metro and buses close by. Hotel is run down, furniture is old, mattresses make you feel every single spring on your back. Rooms need renovations. Lobby is ok.

Really enjoyable 4N stay Oct23, ahead of Valencia media marathon. Great breakfast options and service by lovely Lota(?) (also great as barlady in evening). Good location for Cuidad des artes, amazing Turia and beach area. Great power shower too. Overall excellent and recommend it !

Reception area was modern and clean, but the rooms and hallways were old and not in a good state anymore

The hotel is very well communicated with the city center and Malvarosa beach. It is also situated at a walking distance from ‘la ciudad de las ciencias y las artes’. We have enjoyed our staying there.
