シャワーの切り替えが悪い、ドライヤーが途中で勝手に切れるなどの問題はありますが、清潔ですしレセプションでは英語が通じます。旧市街の中にあり、レストランなどのお店が多いのは便利ですが、夜中まで路上で音楽を演奏していたり賑やかで、同行した知人は眠れないと言っていました。

Hotel in pieno centro a Valencia, a pochissimi metri stazione metro Xàtiva, da Estaciò del Nord, Plaza de Toros, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, con ristoranti e negozi a gogo! Il check-in è alle 16 ma offrono servizio bagaglio custodito. La nostra camera era un'ampia deluxe, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort (compresi divano, bicchieri in vetro, doppi lavandini, bidet, accappatoi, ciabatte, crema corpo, spazzolino, dentifricio ecc.). Personale disponibile, ma non tutti in reception parlano l'italiano. La colazione è buona, ma migliorabile, per esempio in 4gg. non abbiamo mai trovato torte, crostate o simili... peccato!

Ottima posizione in centro a Valencia, comoda alle principali attrazioni e vicina alla stazione della metropolitana. Pulizia eccellente, camera spaziosa con diversi comfort. Personale gentilissimo, che parla anche italiano. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I had bed bugs in my room and woke up with 50 bites on my arm and other parts of my body...Very difficult situation. The hotel didn't want to make any refund of the fees of my stay, which in my opinion should be the minimum. Unfortunately, very bad experience.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Posizione centralissima e attaccata ai mezzi pubblici (metro, bus e treno), la pulizia, la cortesia di tutto il personale, il letto super comodo, la colazione buona, il Nespresso in camera (sempre rifornito) e il balcone. No rumori. No odori.

Ottima struttura in pieno centro a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Xátiva. Camere confortevoli e pulite dotate di balcone, tv smart con canali italiani, minibar e macchinetta per il caffè. Ottima l'accoglienza in reception, uno staff davvero gentile e professionale. Un ringraziamento particolare a Pilar che ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. A presto!

I spent a week here, very happily . Room extremely clean and comfortable, lovely walk in shower. Reception and housekeeping staff all cheerful and friendly. Location fantastic. It's in a pedestrian area with bars and restaurants so it's inevitable you'll get some noise. Someone complained about room 501, which I had. It's true that the double glazing doesn't seem to be very effective noise-wise, but it was near the lifts and I didn't hear them at all (which I know is usually a problem in hotels). I didn't have the hotel breakfast but there's an excellent cafe/bakery across the street for breakfast (Granier). Also lovely ice cream on the opposite corner. Would happily stay there again.
