Although Valencia is not a popular tourist city, the service staff of this hotel is really super enthusiastic. From how to rent a bicycle, where to eat, how to take the tour route... they have thought of everything for you. Because of the service of this hotel, I like this city more. The hotel room is very unique, the bathtub is very large, it is very comfortable when taking a bath, the toiletries are also great, and the drinks in the room are free to drink. In short, if I come here again, I will definitely stay here again. All full marks!

This is a beautiful, stunning hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at The Caro Hotel. Our room was gorgeous and we loved the little touches including chocolates, fresh water and a mini bar which you could help yourself to. Upon arrival we were given a map and recommendations of 'must see' attractions. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Caro Hotel, the service was the best I have experienced and every member of staff we encountered were so attentive and helpful. We really appreciated all of the little touches that made our stay perfect, chocolates in the room, pillow spray, morning tea delivered to our room on request (we felt really spoiled!). The history of the hotel is also really interesting, where else would you find the base of a Roman column on your terrace!?

The staff at the Caro was amazing. Our group of four has never been treated so well at a hotel in our lives! The location was perfect as well. I would highly recommend the Caro to anyone.

Amazing frst trip to Spain for my birthday. The staff and hotel are best we have come across. They made my birthday extra special. The hotel is like staying in a museum. Incredible detail and comfort.

Wow! Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for exploring the city. But the service was outstanding! We drove up in the rain and were immediately greeted with umbrellas and an offer of coffee in the bar while our check in was processed. From there it continued to be top notch. Wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend.

verything about this hotel is top notch. We slept in the Arabic Tower, a lovely room with beautiful old elements of the castle. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and ready to help everyone. Being able to eat in most fantastic restaurants through the employees. By the way, the Alma Del Temple, the restaurant belonging to the hotel, is definitely recommended. The location of the hotel is in the old center, next to the Basilica. The Turia park is a 2-minute walk away. The Ruzafa and El Carmenis districts are within walking distance. You can go to the beach by bike, via the hotel. We enjoyed!
