Posizione strategica vicino alla città vecchia, Personale fantastico e disponibile, colazione spaziale. Le note dolenti x un 4 stelle: - Le camere piccole, sono stati carini fatto notare l hanno cambiata, ci hanno dato la piu grande delle piccole - Abbiamo dimenticato di togliere il non disturbare dalla maniglia, fatto notare alle 15 che nn era stata fatta abbiamo scoperto che dopo le h 15 nn c è piu personale x rifare la camera Credo che vada comunicato che non bussano alla porta x sapere se possono fare le camere….. Comunque nell insieme x un WE lungo a Valencia l ho consiglio

Very good positioning, 5 minutes from metro stations and multiple bus stops nearby.
Staff is very friendly and ready to help.
Rooms are nice, but a little noisy - I had a room on 1st floor.
Breakfast is good and varied, they even offer eggs made to your taste.

The hotel is nice but rooms are very small. The lobby is tiny and super tight area where the breakfast was served. The staff was quick to bring something is you asked for it but for room service they called you down to the lobby and you had to pick it up yourself. Also no one is there to help you with luggage. The hotel only had one elevator so that took a while.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. The busy town centre was nearby. All the hotel staff were friendly. We would certainly go to this Hotel again.

Per una vacanza di coppia l'agenzia ci ha indirizzato in questa struttura. Dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Hotel vicinissimo alla Città Vecchia, molto pulito e, cosa molto importante, con un letto matrimoniale comodissimo!! La camera, pur affacciata sulla Gran Via, risulta totalmente insonorizzata e quindi il riposo è assicurato. Reception ed assistenza gentilissimi e sempre presenti, con particolare menzione per la cordialissima Giada, italiana giramondo che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel is good, location is great but what made this stay special is the staff. Giada, one of the shift manager, went out of her way to show flexibility and help me with an issue that I had with my original reservation. Guadalupe, one of the reception manager took her time to propose best places to visit and eat. She really knows the city and always available to provide good advice. These two ladies are the gem of the hotel and the reason for the high rating that I gave it. The room itself is on the small side. The bar / restaurant on the roof is very nice.
