Since everything went perfectly, I didn't have to check with the service staff, so I don't value it.

Definitely the images they promote are those of the room that do correspond. But to access the property you have to enter a common hallway, which is shared with a hostel and another business. I assure you that if they upload a photo of the inside of that hallway, no one reserves it. They raise an outside, where it is not appreciated. It's horrible and unsafe. The check-in process is complicated at a self-service machine. I was never able to get a second key for my wife. When you reach the floor of the property, all the lights are off, you have to enter the dark hallway to turn them on, a terrifying experience. There is a telephone number that is very useful, the person who answers you is very decisive, but in my opinion it does not compensate for what was previously described. We decided to waste our money and change to another hotel, very, very recommended 100 meters away, Hotel Meliá Plaza El Ayuntamiento

Very pleasant tourist stay in València. Average 2-star hotel with a great location in the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. We missed the welcome drink but it was fine anyway. It would be advisable to provide the rooms with a mini fridge for cold drinks
