Easy to get to right off the highway close to everything marine world, fairgrounds customer service good fairly quiet

The hotel is ok, did not like the noisy neighbors. I will continue to stay here because the prices are low and the room is ok.

It’s very clean n a nice place to stay if visiting I love how nice the inside of the room is 😍😍 I recommend very much. Very nice workers . Very Secure. They are very helpful .very respectful . Just love alll there service fully recommended

I made a reservation here online and when I showed up they did not have the room I reserved and tried to charge me $40 more than my reservation was for. I even showed her the reservation on my cell phone but she just shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted to refund. I was afraid I couldn’t find a room somewhere else in Vallejo at that point in time so I said no I don’t want a refund, I want you to honor the reservation that I have and if you can’t then I want to talk to the manager. She said the manager wasn’t there and I asked when he or she would return and she shrugged again and said maybe 20 or 30 minutes . I finally agreed to just take a regular room instead of doing handicap accessible room I had reserved and said I would straighten out the cost with the manager when he returned. When I got to the room it reeked of smoke. I had reserved a non-smoking room. So when I went back to the office the manager was there I told him I needed a non-smoking room and he just smiled and asked if I wanted a refund. I said no I wanted a non-smoking room and the price that I have been told it would cost. The new room he gave me smelled worse so I got my refund and left. To top it all off it felt very unsafe there and the people hanging around were frankly frightening. Do not stay here! I ended up getting a room about 2 miles away at the motel 6. They are remodeling all of the rooms so things are a bit messy outside but my room is like  brand new and smells so nice!!
