Domus Zamittello

It was simply perfect ! The hotel is beautiful, central with the terrace of your dreams ! Thank you to all the staff of the hotel who was lovely! The 3 reception staff was incredibly kind, helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast team was perfect to start the day with and the restaurant waiters made the evenings very pleasant (to the Argentinian waiter, the recommended oil and sfogliata were wonderful - I couldn't wait the evening, and thank you for the jazz recommendation which I hope we can try next time!). And most importantly, thank you to the incredible room service team who made wonders everyday in a record time.

We had the most restful and comfortable stay here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful - especially the manager, Maul, who helped us with excellent suggestions of where to go and what to do. Our bed was really comfortable and we loved the fact there was a strong Wi-Fi signal! So much to do and see in Valletta and the surrounding areas, our only regret was we ran out of time to do it all.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, till the moment we left it was pretty much perfection. The staff were so professional and polite; nothing was too much trouble. The room was totally amazing! The quality of the bedding itself was worth the price - which in our opinion is extremely well priced. For the quality you get and the service you receive, you could expect to pay far more. The location is superb. Literally less than a five minute walk from where the buses drop you off - including the one directly from the Airport. The hotel isn't immediately visible; but is easily found - directly opposite the Wembley Store! If we were to return to Malta, this definitely would be the hotel we would choose. An excellent choice - we had a very comfortable stay in a super elegant property. Fantastic central location, rooms were large and beautifully decorated, very friendly staff, and a real bonus to have such a nice terrace. Highly recommended

We appreciated our stay in Domus Zamitello very much. The personnel of the Hotel is extremely friendly, and the manager, Mr. Moul Hajjar did everything he could to ensure us a pleasant stay, giving us each day vital tips for our excursions. Being in the middle of the centre of Valetta, it is an ideal place to explore the city and the rest of Malta. The breakfast was very good, as well as everything else of this boutique hotel.

Beautiful hotel in central location. The staff including Sandra and Moul were delightful and so willing to help. Our room 35 was very spacious with high ceilings large shower and view over the open theatre. The large king bed was very comfortable . Lots of small bars cafes close and easy walk to buses

It was our 20th anniversary and the manager of the hotel upgraded us to one of their suites at no extra charge. The room was wonderful and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. We had a tasty breakfast included every morning and it is served in a quaint little restaurant on the main floor. The serving staff are always smiling, friendly and show true interest in you. The manager, Moul (pronounced Mall), takes time to speak with all the guests, aids his servers and really cares about his guests. A real lead by example guy. I had a complication during our stay (my white shirt was sprayed with red wine at another restaurant) and Moul with his amazing staff jumped in to take care of the arrangements. The shirt needed express cleaning because we were leaving early the next morning. The staff were always on hand to make sure our stay was excellent, above and beyond. The outside rooms do get noisy from street noise and the gym is incredibly small but the hotel is a gorgeous example of 1700's construction. The location is right in a very busy area of Valletta so be prepared for a lot of people. The bonus is that you are only a few blocks from the Grand Master's Palace.
