"First the caveat , the house is on a street with steps so a taxi will have to stop around the corner and you will need to walk a few yards down steps. Not a problem for most but may be an issue for those with mobility problems. Valletta is a hilly place and most places you want to walk to are very near , as the location is excellent , but up steps or a hill so again may be a problem for those with mobility issues. It is superbly situated , the rooms are lovely (with a lift ) and the house keeper is so kind and attentive. There are drinks downstairs and wine,water coffee pods for the machine , milk , tea and coffee and a fridge in the room . Bed is very comfortable and communication is excellent . There are no room or house keys you are emailed codes for both. It is lovely and quiet at night and the air conditioning is excellent , a must even in September. All the main sights , restaurants etc are 10 minutes or less walk away and the lift down to the ferries is a similar distance. Although breakfast is not provided we bought yoghurts and had those and coffee in the room but there are many breakfast spots with great breakfasts nearby. Thoroughly recommend"
