We stayed 3 days - although on our first day we couldn’t use the rooftop sun lounging area/bar and pool due to a private function which was a shame as we wanted to relax and use the hotel facilities having travelled all morning. The hotel is located right in the centre which meant it can be noisy outside if you have a room at the front and church Bells ring for hours on a Sunday morning from before 7am. Otherwise the perfect stay."

"Totally beyond my expectation!! From the smiley face welcoming us when we first walked in to the home made turndown macarons to the breakfast (the chef even peeled the tomato skin!); everything impressed me. We stayed two nights in the Casa and it is my first time staying in the Valetta. The hotel focuses on service details!! Superb location - 10 to 15 mins walk to the bus terminal/ upper and lower Barrakka garden/ the ferry pier with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. The building itself is historical and we love the design of the room. The big in-room safe provides extra secure. But what I love the most is the team. Everyone at the reception and during breakfast service has been super amazing. Special thanks to Peter who performed the room orientation upon check-in, Matthew who assisted me with luggage and escorted me to the uber pick up point upon departure, the pretty lady Sladjana with a big smile and endless jokes that made my day, and Renniel who helped fix the issue of the basin stopper. Highly recommend Casa Ellul to everyone. Dont miss the wonderful breakfast in the morning!"

We got lost in the beginning locating the hotel location since there are no signs at all showing that it is inside starbucks. There is no reception or lobby which is not an issue at all. The host will send you an email with all the details for check in. We would definitely stay in it next time"

"We enjoyed the moment the walked into the hotel. Zara was so friendly , we got there early so we left our luggage in safe hands. Zara recommended a variety of places to go and food restaurants which didn’t disappoint. The staff were lovely and friendly and the hotel was so clean lm super fussy . The breakfast was nice we actually enjoyed not having a full buffet to over eat. They cooked the toast for you which was very sweet not used to that. Can’t fault the place. It’s location was fantastic it was quiet so sleep was awesome . It was literally a minute walk and you were interesting in restaurants and music"

The room was big and the complimentary drinks were such a fun touch. The location is the best in Valletta I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else and easy to get to the ferry if going to Gozo!"
