It was a nice stay. However for a 5-star hotel, there is no full body mirror, no bidet, table and chair as per description. Also, the description of room categories here in Trip. com are misleading so better to double check it first with them.
For the toiletries, the hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel are all same. I was under the impression that atleast there will be conditioner but all are same and my hair became very dry. The lotion, cotton buds were not replensihed for a 3-night stay. For the Tv, we struggled to operate and no English channel. I tried to call reception but no one’s answering.
Breakfast is ok and the staffs serving breakfast were so nice and polite.
Room was so clean. However as the room was in the ground floor, we always here the lift and when people are cleaning or doing things in the corridor.

We were let down by this hotel. We arranged a late check out which wasn’t provided for. There was a half drunk bottle of wine int he fridge, the red wine was in the fridge and the beer had a puncture in it. There were also building works going on from early in the morning. Not great.

Palais le Brun - in the Island of Malta-- The large room are very Spacious ckean and well design. Rooms offer Breajfast service abd the lovely food was great. The property was Excellent. Beautiful view of a wonderful tropical Paradise in the island of Malta located in Valletta. Steps from Grand harbour and 5 minutes by foot from lower Barrakka..

Very warm welcome, very good location
Some unpleasant plumbing noises and a room partially redone one day (Sunday) during the stay...otherwise...nothing to criticize. Very friendly and attentive staff

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage , freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und edel ausgestattet. Schade das die Stehlampe auseinander viel, wenn man sie berührte... Einzig negativ war für uns das Frühstück. Es war wirklich sehr minimalistisch. Kleines Buffet mit wenig Auswahl, es durfte aus der Karte 1 Mahlzeit (z.b. 1 Rührei) ausgewählt werden. Am Abreisetag - wir wurden 06.35 abgeholt - wurde uns leider kein Kaffee oder sonst etwas angeboten, wir hätten dies 24 Stunden vorher bestellen müssen... schade...

Excellent hotel at an excellent location in Valletta. The entire city, and indeed all of Malta, is at your beck and call from here. Three minute walk to the city center, 10 or so to all the busses. Very nice staff, nice rooms.
The only complaint I have is that you can’t enjoy the view while sitting in the hot tub or in the chairs on the terrace, the wall is too high. Maybe a half glass wall would be better?
Don’t let that deter you, I would stay there again and in the same room.

Lovely hotel beautifully modernised in a traditional old building. It’s in a quiet part of the city but still very close to everything including the sea, restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend it.

Valletta was our final destination on a med cruise and we wanted a hotel close to the city center and this hotel fit the bill. From our brief stay in Malta, the city was very friendly and accessible. The hotel itself is unassuming from the street and we passed it several times before we realized the small entryway was the entrance. Once inside the staff and hotel were great. they held our luggage pre-post check with no issues and they gave us a great restaurant recommendation. (Porticello)) we splurged on the room with a hot tub on the balcony. It’s a cramped balcony, but the hot tub was great and being on the highest floor gave you privacy and a great view of the Med. All areas from the lobby, our room, to the rooftop pool were all very clean and the hotel had a great feel to it. The breakfast was nice with good options. We wish we would have had more time to explore the island, but we will have to plan another trip to explore this travertine colored island.
