It was a nice stay. However for a 5-star hotel, there is no full body mirror, no bidet, table and chair as per description. Also, the description of room categories here in Trip. com are misleading so better to double check it first with them.
For the toiletries, the hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel are all same. I was under the impression that atleast there will be conditioner but all are same and my hair became very dry. The lotion, cotton buds were not replensihed for a 3-night stay. For the Tv, we struggled to operate and no English channel. I tried to call reception but no one’s answering.
Breakfast is ok and the staffs serving breakfast were so nice and polite.
Room was so clean. However as the room was in the ground floor, we always here the lift and when people are cleaning or doing things in the corridor.

We were let down by this hotel. We arranged a late check out which wasn’t provided for. There was a half drunk bottle of wine int he fridge, the red wine was in the fridge and the beer had a puncture in it. There were also building works going on from early in the morning. Not great.

Large and gorgeous spaces, lovely breakfast, super close walk to all the sites. Loved how clean the rooms were and the extra room for kids.
The only thing that I would recommend is to upgrade to smart tvs. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but it would have been nice to watch a movie or something (the English channels are limited to news).
It was one of our all-time favourite places to stay.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely breakfast. Wonderful staff. Despite an issue with our room this was handled with dignity, care and a complete lack of stress. The location is superb, right in the heart of Valletta yet out far enough to be relaxing. We will be returning

Right in the heart of Valetta (but in a lovely quiet street) everything is 5 mins away. Warm welcome from the hotel, everything explained and the room was amazing (hot tub on balcony) no real views, but that is not their fault. Great bed and shower - room looked very new, immaculately clean. Personally some loungers on the large terrace would have been nice, but they do have a roof top pool, bar and sun area so no drama. Lovely facility at a good price. Pizza shop at the end of the road overlooking the harbor is great for a snack! lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Breakfasts were really good although this is in the basement which is quite dark. Again a building logistics thing! 5 star stay. A small hotel with big rooms and lovely people.

This was a surprise trip to Malta for my husband’s birthday. This was a spotlessly clean hotel with all the amenities you could need for a short visit. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, however the toaster was temperamental and would burn the toast if not supervised, or perhaps it was other guests fiddling with the dials! The staff were very friendly and helpful, we would like to mention Rhea on reception who went out of her way to be helpful. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Thank you for the complimentary glasses of fizz to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We would have no hesitation in returning to the hotel or recommending it to friends. We have two criticisms, we reported that the double lock in our room 403 did not work, we were assured it did, I have stayed in many hotels in my 30 year career that had me staying in different hotels every week and that lock was broken, a single female may have been reluctant to stay in that room alone with that faulty lock (although we felt Malta was a very safe place) we also noticed every time we entered our block of the hotel using our keycard, the glass door would clunk against the broken rubber cushion which was in place to prevent damage.

Palais le Brun - in the Island of Malta-- The large room are very Spacious ckean and well design. Rooms offer Breajfast service abd the lovely food was great. The property was Excellent. Beautiful view of a wonderful tropical Paradise in the island of Malta located in Valletta. Steps from Grand harbour and 5 minutes by foot from lower Barrakka..
