We are satisfied with this hotel， it locates in historical area， few min walk to st John cathedral and view point， staffs were lovely and helpful， gave good suggestion about how to go to different points， breakfast nice， with bathtub， room very clean tidy

The customer service is impeccable- we found every member of staff to be very friendly and helpful. Mark gave us some great advice on places to visit off the tourist trail. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is in the centre of the old city with a choice of lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room had everything we could need and anything extra we asked for was provided. We definitely hope to return.

Lovely hotel but experience was marred a bit as air conditioning was only on heating mode. Thus had to open the window only to try to sleep with a barrage of loud and thumping sound from the nearby bars. It’s a pity because all other things were ilof good quality apart from the bath which only had a hand shower.

Excellent property and staff could not be more delightful, friendly or helpful. Nothing is too much bother. Owner on site every day and mixes with guests and is always willing to improve your stay. The only minor issue is noise from surrounding cafes and bars which I found disturbing on a few nights, otherwise I doubt you could get a better place to enjoy Malta. Many suggestions of things to do and see, places to go were offered, including ferry and bus times, and my days were filled. Excellent service all round.

Great location, very clean rooms and such friendly staff members. Everyone in the hotel was so helpful and they’d do anything to make the stay as comfortabele as possible. They even got gluten free bread for my friend with a gluten allergy every morning for breakfast. The owner is very nice and will help u with anything u need.

Esperienza fantastica: hotel situato in pieno centro (nei pressi di Republic Street) con possibilità di raggiungere le varie mete turistiche a piedi oppure tramite autobus. Camere spaziose e pulite, calde, insonorizzate. All’arrivo in hotel ci è stata data la possibilità di scegliere la camera in base alle proprie preferenze. The, caffè, snack e bibite analcoliche sono localizzate nel frigo minibar e vengono fornite gratuitamente. Personale gentile ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno, consigliato a tutti i viaggiatori.

This is a great little hotel, always spanking clean and with incredibly helpful staff. It's in a fantastic location virtually in in the centre of Valletta but also close to several bars. Loud music goes on well into the small hours. If you sleep with your windows open at night, this isn't the place for you!

La struttura è discreta, la stanza molto piccola ma funzionale, con kit di benvenuto adeguato. Staff disponibile e cortese e buona posizione. Siamo però rimasti profondamente delusi dal soggiorno presso questa struttura. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza con l'attesa di godere della vista sulla città - come in descrizione. Tuttavia, la realtà è stata ben diversa: la finestra della stanza si affacciava su un muro, privandoci completamente della promessa vista. Avevamo scelto di pagare di più rispetto a una stanza con vista su cortile interno perché, avendo pochi giorni, volevamo goderci la vista. Avendo solo un muro davanti a noi, quel prezzo è ingiustificato e a saperlo avremmo prenotato altrove. È evidente che le informazioni fornite nella descrizione sono ingannevoli. Spero che l'albergo possa migliorare la trasparenza delle informazioni. Colazione non all’altezza della cifra pagata, e non ci sono aree di relax comuni oltre alla saletta della colazione.
