The location is very good, right next to the big fountain, it is very convenient to enter the ancient city, take a taxi or take a bus. service is top notch

Fabulous in every way, over the top service and friendly, helpful staff. This is the best option by far for a hotel adjacent to the main sights of Valletta and it is literally across the street from the central bus station which will get you all over the island of Malta. Perhaps my best 5 star hotel experience ever.

Except for the small room, there are no other disadvantages. The location is perfect and the scenery is beautiful.

This hotel is outstanding and we intend to return.Excellent staff ,lovely room and outstanding breakfast. Evening meals just O K but I hope the hotel can improve the food to compete with numerous restaurants in Valletta which we enjoyed more.

Best placed city hotel with sea view/Harbour view and beautiful gardens and pool in Valletta. Centrally located, all in walking distance, an oasis in the city. Wonderful breakfast and dinner restaurant Comtessa. If you want to spoil yourself - walk in history and beauty of this unique hotel.

Loved this hotel. Service, facilities and food we're excellent. Will definitely go back. Easy to walk into Valetta and see its wonderful sights then return for a swim in the beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and really helpful so would highly recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful time at The Phoenicia. Our room was at the front of the hotel it was well appointed and spotlessly clean and had two balconies. Breakfast was served in the main dining room, also in the conservatory and on the terrace. The breakfast was a mix of buffet with freshly cooked items from the kitchen. The breakfast selection was extensive and the staff were more than helpful. The pool area was reached via the beautifully kept gardens. There are changing and shower facilities available. The poolside dining area had a varied selection of dishes on the menu with daily specials. All the staff we met were more than helpful, the concierge provided accurate information regarding public transport and also recommended restaurants and made bookings for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The food was so fresh and tasty for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff are amazing! Lovely pool as well. The staff were all so friendly and ensured a first class experience. Couldn’t fault anything. Would highly recommend this hotel and Valletta is the best place to stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen hat eine sehr schön Frühstücks und Abendessensraum mit Blick auf Hafen und Stadt sehr gutes Buffet, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer etwas klein, aber sauber sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang, sehr schöner Swimmingpool mit großzügig Platzangebot und gutem Service. Wir haben ein Bildungsurlaub gemacht, das Hotel war für diesen Zweck sehr gut geeignet. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.
