Fun concept where one sit with others living at the hotel at dinner and where one is able to meet new people with similar interests (skiing/hiking etc.). Easy to go by yourself, with friends or family. Micke and the staff was great, helping out with where to ski and driving you to the lift every morning. I will definitely go there again!

Prima di scegliere questo hotel ho letto le recensioni molto positive. La mia esperienza peró è stata deludente. Per me un hotel in cui non ci sono parcheggi, ti devi camallare le valigie per due piani perchè non c’è ascensore e nessuno ti aiuta, la biancheria dei letti è tutta rigorosamente non stirata, i piumoni e i materassi sono uno molto diverso dall’altro per materiali e comfort e l’arredo sembra messo insieme con avanzi di altre case, dove il bagno, cieco, e tra l’altro con bidet privo di tappo, risale agli anni ‘70, la colazione viene servita ovviamente senza tovaglia ma soprattutto in tavoloni dove siedono veramente strette 20 persone e dove la sedia del tavolo dietro al tuo tocca la tua e quindi gli ospiti non passano (ma siccome devono passare, ti devi continuamente agitare per farli passare), in cui non c’è alcun personale alla reception e in sala colazione e quindi il tavolone e i piatti sporchi degli altri molto accanto a te rimangono sporchi per tutto il tempo della tua colazione, un hotel dove il buffet della prima colazione è sì ricco e di buona qualità ma non ha posate di portata e quindi tutti toccano tutto con le mani e le cose sono cosi stipate da essere inaccessibili, dove il numero di telefono del centralino è un numero svedese che non risponde mai, ecco a fronte di tutto questo (forse non sono “smart” e sono all’antica) ma almeno non chiedetemi di pagare il prezzo non di un 4 ma di un vero 5 stelle! Ah ultima riflessione: sono arrivata a colazione tra i primi e fa pensare che in tutti i tavoloni “conviviali” i primi ospiti arrivati si siano accomodati agli estremi! Il più lontano possibile da altri ospiti sconosciuti!

We booked 4 rooms (3 double & family room) at this hotel a year before our stay for a party of 10. We had tried to make contact with hotel 5 times prior to our stay to arrange booking a meal at hotel but all communication was ignored- this was a worry and on arrival we were ushered into the hotel restaurant to speak to Mikey the owner who explained only one room was available the family room and he had booked us a 4k a week chalet to stay in and an apartment for the rest of our party. The chalet was very nice but the apartment was up 100 steps, basic and had not been cleaned properly. Later in the week we found out this apartment was in fact the chalet girls digs that they had been chucked out of and they were on pull out beds in the hot tub area of the hotel!! Mikey offered a discount on our meals from 30euros to 20 but was hardly apologetic! On the last day he wanted some of our party out of the chalet and said the rental company would throw there things out if they didn’t leave by 10am..we do not believe this at all and think he has other guests waiting for the chalet! This made our last day skiing late and they weren’t given a room until that evening. Then he was calling us to say he needed keys to the chalet girls apt as they wanted to clean the day before we due to leave ..clearly a lie..we later found out the owner of apt wanted to let someone view the apt as it was for sale and other people in our group explained to him Mikey had been subletting his apt to hotel guests! This guy is a true blagger ..he lies and the chalet girls (who were all lovely and clearly exploited by their boss) told us he overbooks all the time..many of them were in tears due to having to deal with irate customers checking in who were being moved about the village to various accommodation! Our party who stayed in the hotel were disappointed as hot tub always out of order, rooms basic , noisy and bathrooms smelt bad. The apt we stayed in was nothing like the lovely hotel pics as you can see…the fridge smelt and dirty, shower didn’t drain and was mouldy, pull out sofa bed very uncomfortable ...not the holiday we had looked forward to and extremely stressful ..being in 3 different accommodations and having to walk 100steps up with ski gear is a nightmare! Never again! Avoid like the plague ..faulty towers looks organised compared to this guy!

Absolutely terrible!! More like a student hostel. Tiny overpriced room. Smelly bathroom with no ventilation. Terrible service, rude staff. Total chaos. I have rarely witnessed such appalling service. When i dared to complain the lady at the desk asked me 'where i was from?' . Wow!!!

Atmosphere and hospitality at it’s best when staying at Millefiori. For the third time I choose to return to this cosy place. Always a great holiday and fantastic guided offpiste tours in untouched terrain when Micke is showing his hidden gems 😍🤩

Tutto molto surreale, forse perchè la struttura è gestita da una famiglia di origine nordiche, molto disponibili e ben supportate da un un giovane staff. Gran confusione all'arrivo quando non si trovavano le due stanza prenotate, non sapevano con quale trattamento fossero state prenotate ecc...comunque lasciamo la mattina i bagagli in hotel e andiamo a trascorrere la giornata sulla neve a Cervinia (che dista 15 minuti di macchina) al ns rientro tutto sistemato cena a parte. a ns avviso gran parte della confusione è creata dall'unica persona dello staff confusionaria che è poi anche la persona di fiducia della famiglia. le stanze, quella al secondo piano, doveva essere per 4 persone ma c'erano posti letto di cui sei in un sottotetto scaldato con stufette; quella primo piano aveva invece un forte odore di fogna che usciva dal bagno ristrutturato un bel po di anni fa .....la pulizia è da 6 la cena, per chi non la ha inclusa nella mezza pensione costa 28€ ed è una roba buona! non vengono presentati piatti locali e si mangia tutti quelli che ci stanno in un salone con tavoli condivisi, piatti superabbondanti e con prodotti freschi. per quelli che non ci stanno nello stanzone, beh ci arrangia un po sul divano e un po dove capita.... la colazione, buona internazionale ed abbondante. prezzo in linea con la proposta, se ci si aspetta di soggiornare al grandhotel andare oltre, ma se ci si adatta, soprattutto per ragazzi di giovane età è qualcosa che suggerisco vivamente, bisogna un po adattarsi ma tanto in struttura si sta qualche ora la maggior parte della giornata è trascorsa in esterna. comodo servizio di transfer per Cervinia e locale per deposito e noleggio scii. tutto molto surreale, ma ci tornerei.

Returning to Mille Fiori was a decision I rarely make – I'm often afraid of spoiling the magic of a first experience. However, my return only reinforced my initial impression that this is a place worth revisiting. It retained the same charm as the first time, giving me that longing to come back. During my Christmas visit, the hotel transformed into a true winter wonderland, with enchanting decorations and a festive atmosphere. The gala, featuring a sumptuous spread of Swedish, American, and European delights, including the juiciest turkey, was extraordinary. Every guest received a thoughtful gift, adding a special touch to the already amazing experience. Best wishes to the hotel and its team for maintaining this unique Christmas spirit. I hope for more encounters in the coming year!

Sono stato 4 giorni per motivi di lavoro insieme ad altri colleghi ed è stato un soggiorno superlativo sotto tutti i punti di vista. La stanza grande ,calda e accogliente, colazione e cena eccezionali,ma il punto più forte è sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del titolare e di tutto il personale che ti fanno sentire coccolato in maniera veramente grandiosa.
