This was the perfect place to stay for the picturesque location nestled in the valley in the Alps. If you’re coming for winter sports, there are two locations very close by. The hotel restaurant was delicious, staff were very kind, room was comfortable and the sauna was a great experience! No complaints and look forward to the next stay!

Accertatevi che le camere superior abbiano il letto normale e non nel soppalco perche non viene specificato in fase di prenotazione.
a noi è capitata camera con letto nel soppalco quindi carina da vedere ma molto scomoda se decidi di passare qc ora in camera ( nel nostro caso nevicava forte ) non ce modo di stare seduti comodamente o avere una zona dove poter stare comodi.

The hotel was well situated in the village of Valrournenche but we had a real problem with the shower in our room. It would overflow onto the bathroom floor every time we used it which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. We mentioned it to the staff on reception, one of whom was quite helpful, the other was very disinterested because she didn’t speak English well enough to understand the issue. Each time we were told it was fixed it worked ok for one shower then the problem reoccurred. I don’t know if other rooms have this problem but definitely don’t stay in Room 1.

Hotel molto carino e accogliente situato nel centro del paese. Atmosfera calda ed elegante. E' possibile lasciare l'auto nell'ampio parcheggio pubblico a poche decine di metri dall'albergo. Positivo il giudizio sulla colazione, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. La nostra camera era una tripla, ben arredata. Però era situata fuori dalla struttura: per quanto il tragitto sia breve significa dover uscire all'aperto per recarsi negli spazi comuni dell'hotel, sala colazione, hall... (nel caso di pioggia o neve non l'ideale). La camera tripla non è particolarmente ampia e il terzo letto è, di fatto, un divano (non divano letto). Inoltre, mancava un tavolino o scrivania per poter appoggiare un computer e la luce alla sera è troppo debole. Personale cortese e gentile.

I stayed at the property for two nights, three people in a quadruple room with two rooms. The problem is that the environment seemed particularly cramped. Furthermore, there were some annoying noises that depended on some pipes passing into the room (they were covered by a wooden structure). We complained, expecting a room change which however did not happen (let alone a discount on the price paid on the first evening). In my opinion it is not a 4 star, absolutely. They didn't even have a toothbrush kit. On a positive note, however, the restaurant is very good.

Extremely comfortable and clean hotel. Right beside bus stop and opposite a free covered car park; short distance to Valtournenche lifts. Very obliging team; made sure we had the twin beds we requested, and reception manager Jenny stayed late to help our delayed arrival, and was v welcoming. High class restaurant
