The hotel is in the center and in the market. My room is big and clean. If I come to Van in the future I will stay at this hotel again.

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle. The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast. While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.

Very nice room and hotel. Great English speaking staff that can provide amazing information about how to move around.

It was very clean. There was not a single speck of trash on the ground, and the sheets had no stains or smells, so I think this hotel is worth more than its price. As an added bonus, breakfast was included, so it felt like a luxury experience for the price.

The room facilities and front desk service are very good. The front desk can help with many problems and is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very good.

The owner was very kind and very kind. The location was good and the bus stop to the airport was fairly close, which was helpful.

Dear All i write some point from my experience on winter stay: - hotel is in downtown and you have access to all stores and malls - hotel dont have air conditioner (for summer traveler) - check the rate by other hotels and specially on TL currency. -For Iranian Traveler its better to change on border NOT in Van city. - staff are charming but cant speak English.

Excellent value for money! After a couple of weeks on crappy mattresses, the beds were particularly nice. The owner and staff are personable and helpful. We prefer to make our way with public transport, but the owner is very kind in arranging tours for any who wish.

Rooms were good with good facilities and with acceptable prices but I think it’s better to provide tea maker in the rooms. But at all it was so nice for its rate and price.

Lovely family run hotel in the city. Very nice, hospitable and welcoming staff (English is spoken). Conveniently located in the center of Van. Optimal nearby transportation options. Good facilities and a very comfy bed. Very nice breakfast. Would certainly recommend!
