I stayed at the hotel for my birthday. The front desk upgraded me to a corner room that is larger than the Junior Suite and gave me a birthday gift. The hotel is a bit old and a bit old.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant! From the cozy rooms with a great view to the friendly staff, everything was just great. The location of the hotel is also impressive - it is convenient to all the attractions and restaurants in the city. I felt right at home and can't wait to come back here again!

The customer services associate , Kelly, was very rude and total us that he is unable to address us becos she unable to pronounce our name. Her manager took side with her told us that he need to find out her side of the story. We have checked out but he have yet to provide give us any explanation on the CS Associate's behavior. I am not sure if it is intentional bad behavior or luck of training.
