Modern ausgestattetes Hotel im Zentrum Downtown Vanquover. Service war erstklassig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, z.T. deutschsprachig. Zimmer gemütlich und sauber. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen. Parkgebühren wurden unserer Meinung nach nicht korrekt erhoben.

The location was perfect to access the sightseeing spots on foot, or the public transportation stations. Nice restaurants and cafes were in the walkable distance from the hotel. The neighbouring area was safe even at night time.

I was worried because the floor was carpeted, but the accommodation was always pleasant and comfortable. The system of bottled water and sparkling water was very environmentally friendly and comfortable. Of course, the location was also very good. Next time I come to Vancouver, I will stay here again.

The hotel staff were warm and friendly. Our room has 2 double beds, excellent decor, bathroom, hairdryer etc. There is a complimentary morning tea, coffee service which you can order with various time options ( complete a card and hang on the door) Our came with a little personal note explaining what to do with the used tray and wishing us a wonderful day in Vancouver. (Cute touch) The restaurant on the 2nd floor, whilst not the cheapest, uses locally sourced products, the food was excellent and I felt good value for money.

Our stay was excellent! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. We loved the location walking distance to lots of good food and shops!
