Hotel is in a great location, away from all the cruise ships and tourists. Short walking distance to great shopping areas. Their French restaurant Tableau is highly recommended, food is outstanding and has a great atmosphere at night. Room was comfortable, a little small for us, but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. All professional and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and greeting every time we passed the front desk. ALINA and colleagues, thank you.

Stunning room with beautiful views! The turn down service with the fresh lemon water is such a nice touch. Classy, and elegant. This boutique hotel is a keeper. One of the best in the city of Vancouver. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a great couple of days here. Warm welcome when we arrived off our cruise ship at before 10.00am. Staff were all excellent. The hotel is very well located for all you want to see in Downtown Vancouver. We had a lovely corner room with great views out over the city and surprisingly quiet for a city centre location.

Wow, we felt like VIPs the whole time! The room was elegant, the staff extremely professional, the food and drinks in Tableau amazing! We felt so well taken care of and the little extras really made our stay special and comfortable.
