Great location for our Vancouver stay. Comfortable room with seating area and spacious bathroom plus tea / coffee / fridge. Bistro next door for breakfast and evening meal options. Breakfast was very tasty. Only thing we were less happy with was the quality of the bicycles offered on loan to guests - not of the same quality and if you’re not a regular cyclist I’d suggest seeking out other options for hire in many areas of the city.

This was our first time staying at the Loden Hotel in Vancouver and it was such a lovely surprise. The location is perfect for downtown Vancouver food and entertainment. The hotel itself is very luxurious and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. The front desk staff is welcoming and very sometimes too much attentive. Rooms are beautiful and amenities just perfect. Bath tub and shower place great. Everything has a place and it is done for comfort. There are few things that would be great to improve ( from my point of view ). No iron - you have to call front desk to get it. That’s not convenient. No ice machine - you also have to call front desk for it. - VERY not convenient. There is USB charger and electric socket on the desk far from the bed but None close to bed that you can charge your phone - also not well thought of. TV doesn’t have access to to YouTube or Netflix. Strange. Every other hotel does have it. Still , I’m giving a compliment to staff and room it is beautiful. It would be nice to be perfect.

I have ever met a more welcoming staff! The hotel is so lovely, the amenities are over the top, the beds are so comfortable and the service is excellent. The staff truly made us feel like family. They all went out of their way to provide answers and solutions to anything we asked. We actually hated to leave to go on our Alaskan cruise! Fortunately we had planned to return to the Loden after the cruise. The staff was so happy to see us! It is a 5 star hotel with a 5 star staff.

After a 7 day cruise we wanted to spend a couple of days in Vancouver. Our travel advisor recommends this boutique hotel. This was the perfect place for us. The service was phenomenal, the room was beautifuland comfortable. Great location! I would highly recommend staying here.
