That night arrived a bit late like just a bit over midnight, and was so cold , the check-in staffs let me wait outside of the office for almost 20mins treated me like a convenience store. I just feel that’s unacceptable, It’s not like a convenience stores pay and go, he kept me waiting outside for 20 mins with -1 degree cold. Also, the room is like the pics , everything in the room are so old, heat was not warm enough, TV is not working too. If I knew it’s like that, I wouldn’t have booked for sure, would pay a bit more to get a better one. I was so pissed that waiting for checkin outdoor under that cold weather

Eu vim neste hotel tem mais de quatro anos, então não sei a situação atual, mas na época em que me hospedei a situação era no mínimo precária. Não estava tão ruim como dizia as reviews, mas foi no mínimo uma experiência para esquecer. A casa tinha cheiro de poeira, uma das camas de um dos quartos tava cheia de sangue nos lençóis, além de ter cocô de algum animal perto de um dos travesseiros. Não sei por que diabos tinha um esgoto do lado de um dos quartos, mas comecei a ouvir barulhos estranhos vindo debaixo da casa. Não consegui passar a noite lá e nós fomos embora.

Cockroaches everywhere. Shower walls were gross. Smelt really bad of some weird odor. Very bad experience.

If you happen to get a room close to Kingsway it’s quite loud 24/7. Also the door handle to my sons room kept falling out
