Centrally located and in easy walking distance of Gastown, Yaletown, and eateries. Staff was very friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful. Rooms were perfectly fine and the refrigerator in-room was nice to have. The bathroom was a good size. Al in all, an enjoy stay.

My girlfriend and I visited this hotel in May of 2024 for a couples getaway. We needed some help with parking and suggestions on what to do around town. I have to give a massive shout out to Beth and Indra who were incredible front desk agents. They were extremely warm and inviting, very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. The service was excellent and the complimentary fruit water was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service like I’ve never experienced- the staff are above and beyond. The hot tub was the perfect temperature & Our room service breakfast (caprese Benny) was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!
