I wanted to pay thanks to the entire Cassandra family for making my birthday so special. I was planning to stay only for a night but decided to extend because of the trea**ent of the staff. Thank you for the 🎁 I really love it. I feel better finding the right place to stay.

I came during Easter! And received a surprise from this lovely hotel. A great place to stay. helpful staff. Very nice view she gave me. I only stay one night but it’s okay. affordable price and good location. I walk to get my food from Chinese restaurant.

We decided to book this hotel again at the end of our trip because of its location and helpful staff Handra.

Hotel looks dark and old from the outside but inside is clean. They are renovating some rooms and elevator is still not working yet. Handra, the front desk person, was so nice and helpful. She also gave us list of restaurants to try around the area. There are tons to restaurants in this neighborhood.

Cassandra Hotel: Home Away from Home Cleanliness — spot on, I appreciate the diligent cleaning which is an essential for someone with a dust allergy. Location — walking distance to the train station, bus stop, grocers, and many dining options. Services — Handra is an asset. The care is beyond her duty. Easily available for any requests. From food recommendations, to my request for a box and a tape. Daily refreshment at the lobby is good. Cookies were nice. Others — free parking, new lift, safe key access. Will be back again. Thank you, Handra and team.

Great service. Quiet neighborhood. I always get a good rete. Very convenient system easy access by text message you can book room. Clean rooms. They give take care of their guest. I appreciate it Handra.
