近幾年沒什麼進步 房間還是老樣子 不過現在床頭多了個ipad，環境 衞生 設施都不錯 符合這個價位 但沒什麼特別的

I hung 3 pieces of clothes in the hotel closet, but forgot them when I left. I remembered them three days later and couldn't find them after contacting the hotel. The clothes were very good and not thrown around in the room. They were hung properly. Although it was my fault that I forgot the clothes, it's still hard to imagine that a five-star hotel can't find them.
The room is just so-so. The service is just so-so. The location is not as good as Fairmont and Shangri-La. I won't choose it again.

The room is large and the facilities are new (built in 2022). It is located in Downtown Vancouver and is convenient for travel. There are several Japanese and Western restaurants nearby. It is very close to the US Embassy and can be reached on foot.

The room is as clean and tidy as always. The waiter is polite and enthusiastic. I stayed there for the second time. I was not disappointed and was more satisfied. The location is in downtown Vancouver. The transportation is convenient. I highly recommend it.
