To sleep and shower! Exterior curtain blocked, crank broken, therefore in the dark. 4 complaints made to reception....no response. No change of towels in 3 days. The same goes for the PQ requested but never arrived at our room. Let's not talk about the surrounding area, 40 cm grass, beer cans on the ground, wreckage in the parking lot which is not very safe.

Rental of 2 rooms:
Nr 49: only locks with key, otherwise it does not close, dirty sheets, floor not cleaned on arrival.
Nr 51: water damage to the ceiling and external wall side (traces of mold) superficial cleaning of the room.

Let's start with the positives: Friendliness of the staff Very good mattresses Now the countless negatives: A room with an important day at the base. A mechanical curtain blocked and broken therefore curtain permanently closed. A bathroom, with Italian shower, which transforms into a swimming pool very quickly, not to mention the wall which gets damp with each shower. A broken sink. Scaled toilets. Two poor hangers at the back of the front door for hanging clothes. Difficulty getting the sheets changed. You often have to chase towels. For cleaning, put the sign at the entrance. Pots filled with earth and water where countless cigarette butts float. In short, this hotel which prides itself on having 3 stars and a sinking ship....I have never seen such a thing in my life. Who is the manager? Impossible to know... It's sad for the customers and for the staff who do the best with this establishment.

It's shameful, understaffed cockroach, no anticipation of the presence of a tourist bus which literally emptied the breakfast, the poor receptionist who had to manage the departures, the restocking, the dishes and besides she kept smiling all the way hats off to her
In the evening I asked to change rooms because of the cockroaches and the smell of cold tobacco and while collecting my things in the old one the room was not made
In short, never again and it has nothing to do with the chains because I have already stayed in Kyriads and it always goes well
