"- Decent size for a one-bedroom apartment, kitchen, bathroom, and reasonable price, but: - Musty/moldy smells in the kitchen, tobacco smell in the bedroom. - Worn-out kitchen appliances: yellowed refrigerator with no door for the freezer compartment/old-fashioned double electric hob/minimal cleanliness of cutlery, plates, and glasses... -- Acceptable bedding - Bedroom: Practical built-in wardrobes but numerous stains on the doors. - The whole place needs a facelift to be more appealing (walls, floors, curtains). - Busy road, but not a problem. - Small "breakfast" service, daily cleaning and bed making."
