100% don't recommend. I had news about my father's death and the hotel didn't even try to give me some money back. In fact they got me a transfer to the train station 2 times the price of regular. It's not a good attitude

It’s a small hotel just beside the river. The room is nice and the floor is always clean.And the service is great.

Good locations and nice breakfast

The hotel is quite famous in the local area, and many TuTu drivers know where it is, and the hotel people where they are. In the prosperous place where the local area is located, there is the largest local bar at the door, and there are many local snacks Laotian sandwiches. A little further away is the Armani Hotel, which is affordable and worth recommending. There is also a Chinese-owned pizza shop nearby. good business

Food quality needs to be improved I'm satisfied with everything else

The overall experience of the hotel is quite good, but parking is very inconvenient. It is said that there is a parking lot, but in fact the parking lot is not yet ready.

The scenery is amazing. It's very close to the city, close to a place to play in the water, and is located in the middle of a downtown area, so accessibility is very, very good. However, the soundproofing is a bit disappointing. Still, it's really good for this price range.

It's a hotel, but when you stay there in person, it feels like a nice guest house(?). However, compared to other hotels in terms of service and breakfast location, it's a very good hotel, so I had a comfortable stay. I heard some people say the room smells like wood, but I wasn't sure.

Great location, comfy beds and fairly good facilities but the rooms weren’t the cleanest. The pool was also pretty unhygienic and the breakfast provided wasn’t great as there wasn’t enough for all three of us (despite arriving within plenty of time). It’s fair to say the experience is reflected in the low cost.

Take the room with mountain view it is amazing , you could enjoy sunrise and sunshine...... Room is not luxury but have all that you need. It is close to pubs so take into concideration that could be noisy.

From the second I walked in the front door to check in I loved the place. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The can sort out laundry, hiring motorbikes, organising tours, giving tips on where to eat and drink and of course directions to get there. It is situated right near one of the most popular bars in the area that carries on into the small hours. Having said that, my room looked directly at the bar, yet it was both private and quiet. I don't have a bad thing to say about this place, just so long as you aren't after the Hilton, you're still going to end up in a spacious comfortable room with everything you need.

Avoid this hotel!!! They have charged us twice and STOLEN our money! We thought this was resolved as we were charged twice then the money appeared to be back in our account then the day we left it was gone!!!! We have been trying to resolve over several email exchanges and are now being ignored. Scammers and thieves - DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I wanted to change my booking from 5 nights to 6 nights but it was cheaper to cancel the original booking and make a new booking, which is what I did. I cancelled the original booking well within the free cancellation period. By the time I arrived at the hotel, the cost of the original booking was returned to my credit card. As soon as I checked out the hotel, they charged my card again for the cancelled booking - so in total they have charged me for two bookings. During several email exchanges they said I needed to contact *********** for the refund which *********** denied. Then they said I needed to get my bank to request the money from their bank. When I asked for their bank's details, I got no response. I still have not received a refund and now they are just ignoring my emails. Disgraceful behaviour but I'm sure Karma will get them in the end. Bottom line - if you don't want to get scammed, do not stay at this hotel.

I booked seven nights at this hotel and arrived by train from Vientiane. The hotel is just behind another building. Some people have complained about not having a river view. I was on the second floor and only had a view of the building in front of the hotel. There are cafes and restaurants five minutes from the hotel with amazing views of the Nam Song River. I don’t think anyone should put off staying here because of the view. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. They purchased my train ticket to Luang Prabang and provided transportation (for a small fee). The morning breakfast is eggs made to order, fruit, toast, rice, or noodles. During my stay, there was also Pho. The cleaning staff did a good job and I have no complaints about the hotel. Their main selling point is the location. Everything I wanted was walking distance.
