"The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak Chinese, which was a big plus. Breakfast was also delicious. The only downside was that the pool water looked like it hadn't been cleaned, so we couldn't swim. This might have been because it had just rained that day. Overall, I would still highly recommend this place. Just a heads-up, the central bar plays music at night, and while the soundproofing in the rooms is decent, light sleepers might find it a bit bothersome."

"The hotel is located in the very centre of the city. The staff speak English well enough to communicate. Rooms are quite spacious and at average prices. However, the location of power outlets in the room is not really convenient - there is no socket anywhere near the bed. Balconies are also quite spacious although during rain they become totally wet. The rooms are clean, complimentary water and toiletries are definitely the plus. The common space could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though - you can always spot the dust on chairs and tables."

"This hotel was perfect. The staffs were really helpful to all of your needs, you just have to ask them. In my case, we tried to borrow a flat iron for clothes, and they instantly delivered it to my room. Breakfast was superb. All delicious. The swimming pool was big and not deep. Perfect for everyone"

"The room was a bit old but overall spacious and clean. We occasionally saw small ants, which is probably unavoidable. The location was very convenient, right on the main street. For breakfast, they offered freshly made omelets and fried eggs, and the omelets were delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and found it to be great value for money. The water quality in Laos felt even worse than in Phuket, so if you can, bring a filtered shower head."

La Piscine est grande et permet bien de se détendre et de faire du sport nager si on veut. Accès facile de l'hôtel à toutes les attractions Bouteilles d'eau remises tous les jours en chambre et ce qe je préfère l'eau fraîche pour remplir les gourdes à disposition 24h/24 Frigo en chambre et de nombreux rangements permettant de se mettre à l'aise quand on voyage entre amis. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel Rapport qualité prix très intéressant"

"It is actually quite a run-down place owned by a Chinese family. The bathroom light pretty much doesn't work, it always switches on and off by itself (host says it's daylight saving) and I pretty much just had to get used to bathing without light. Shower water pressure is weak, but there is hot water. Bed is quite hard. The walls are stained and generally the place is quite old. Location is just abit away from the main town. They have EV bikes you can rent for 180k kip. I wouldn't stay here again, but I think if you are someone who is okay with these amenities, it is bearable."

"The mattress is very comfortable and thick, but there is no guardrail on the second layer, and it squeaks when you move. I am afraid of disturbing my roommates and dare not turn over at will. This hostel is not noisy"

"Beautiful views 100%. Breakfast same every morning but not very bad. Room not 100% clean. Toilet door can not lock and the room door very annoying complicated to open. My bad on the pillow and on bed/sheets I find a lot of hair also on the floor. The bed not well made. The lift very slow. But the guy in reception very friendly and helpful. The building too old,the picture in trip.com and reality very different."
