Overal agood hotel. We had the most expensive room which cs,e with a large jacuzzi , wonderful after a hectic day .,wonderful views of the mountains . Our experience was marred by the constant overpowering smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor from some other rooms dedpite no smoking rule. Room doors all had a centimeter gap at the bottom allowing smoke to exit the smokers rooms and enter ours. We had to plug the gap with a towel. We complained to reception who promised stop the problem but a false promise. Other than that staff were very helpful with information and bookings.

The interior of the room feels good, it should have been renovated. The outside is quite standard, just on the street, there is a good restaurant across the street from the hotel, run by a couple.

The hotel was in a great location.Walkable distance from many eateries .The room and shower was spacious and clean .The breakfast was a delicious traditional breakfast .The pancakes were really good . I didn’t get to experience the pool but it looked very clean .I would come back again .

What a gem of a hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the rooftop bar was the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and I can't wait to return!

The hotel is wonderful! It offers a nice ambiance and a good breakfast. The rooftop bar is particularly enjoyable, offering a great view of the balloons and paramotors flying around. The staff is very helpful, and I will definitely come back again.

Parking is a little less. Quiet but quite far from the restaurant zone. The breakfast buffet tasted rather bland. But Vietnamese yogurt is delicious.

Value for money. We stay 1 night at triple room included breakfast. Good location with reasonable price. If you want to book Hot air balloon ride, the price at hotel cheaper than direct book to the host.
