Great location in town, very helpful staff will help you with anything from motorbike rentals to hot air ballooning. Beds are a bit on the firm side.

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful. They helped me with my transportation going back to Vientiane, do my laundry, and make my VangVieng experience memorable! The room was super nice! The AC was cold, everything was clean, I loved it! Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit VangVieng for the second time in the future.

Je recommande cet hôtel très bien placé, très propre. Les chambres sont top, et surtout, tu peux faire toutes les activités depuis l'hôtel : montgolfière, scooter, Blue Lagoon, etc.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.

このホテルの利用（３泊）時、２つの問題が発生した。
１つ目はチェックイン時に理由もなく同一経営の隣のホテル（Nice View Guesthouse）というところにアサインされたこと。１Ｆの部屋でファシリティや広さは問題なかったが、防音が全く無く、早朝から鳥の声（コケコッコー）、犬・猫の声、人の声などがダイレクトに聞こえ、安眠できない部屋であった。また、窓はあるもののレセプション側にあり、カーテンを閉めないと他人に内部を覗かれる構造のため、カーテンは開けられないし、開けたとしても外は見えないなど、閉塞感がある部屋であった。
翌日、クレームを入れ、元のホテルの２Ｆ部屋に交換してもらった。初日のチェックイン時にはカップルの白人もチェックインしていたが隣のホテルにアサインされてはいなかったので、満室だったわけではないと思われる。一人客を差別しているか、アジア人（クレームしない日本人）を差別しているか、レートの低い客を差別しているかのいずれかだと思われる。どうしても違うホテルにアサインするのであれば、アップグレードするのが通常である。
２つ目は最終日のビエンチャンへのバス手配です。前日朝にレセプションの人にはお金は後で払うからこの時間のバスを予約してくれと依頼し、夕方別の人であったが料金を支払った。しかし、当日バスは予約されていなかった。結局、次のバスにされ、２時間以上遅れてしまった。幸い、フライトの接続ではなかったので致命的な問題にはならなかったが、笑顔でソーリーと言われてもこちらは笑顔にはなれない。
ラオスでは安めの宿は、このような予約とか手配とか約束というのはかなり信頼性が低いので、複数の人に複数回確認するようにしましょう。
この２つのトラブルがなければ快適な滞在だったと考えられます。
