Nice hotel. Clean and nice bedroom. Big and new which is not common in Varanasi. Staff very kind and helpful. Restaurant a little dark and not as new as the rooms. Totally worthy to stay. Is relaxing going back to this hotel after the intensity of Varanasi day life.

Quite comfortable but not worth the money we paid

Good location

It's close to Harishchandra Ghat on the Ganges River and within walking distance of Godowalia, so it's one of the best hotels for sightseeing. The hotel reception staff were also kind and helped me with communicating with the taxi driver I called via Uber.

This is a rare good hotel in this city. The room was spacious and the bedding and all fixtures were clean. It might be ordinary in other cities, but here it is a very cost-effective hotel.

I stayed for three days at Dolphins with a family of five one senior citizen and one needing wheel chair assistance. Hotel staff in security, lobby and restaurant are all great at customer service. All of them are kind, understood our needs very well and very forthcoming to help and support in every possible way. The biggest highlight of our stay is the Travel Desk. Rajesh the manager, Abhishek the Tour guide and Santosh the Car driver are all not only nice people but also very helpful and eager to make your trip comfortable, joyful and successful. I would recommend them any day. My five star rating is for the above reasons. Hotel has few Cons from faculties point of view. 1. It doesn't have any accessible features. To get to lobby you need climb 7-9 steps. Bathroom doesn't have any support for accessibility needs. If it was just Hotel facilities I would have rated a 3 or 4 at best because this Hotel claims to be a four star hotel and doesn't have any accessibility features. Hope the management does something for this.

Extremely delicious food - the staff in the restaurant were amazing. great rooms, very clean! Adjustable AC and fan, which was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Varanasi. Also, nice location, close to the river, only a short walk.

We had a very nice stay in the month of June at Dolphin Grand. The room was clean and we relished great food especially Banarasi dum aloo. The location of the property is also good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My daughter loved the hospitality.
