I found this hotel through make my trip. I got excellent room in the best location just nearby shree vishwanath temple. I really appreciate planning to make my trip. We are 6 people in my family and wish to live altogether. Thanks to make my trip, who planned well and provides such a big and two king-size bed to feel all my family comfortable.

All curtains are dirty, shower not working, no drinking water provide in 2nd time, no bad sheet has been changed, no cleaning/toothpaste/hot water provide by hotel. i want to some strict action against hotel staff to be careful in future

Location of hotel was good but staff was not cooperative. They first gave us a room without ac, tv, almira, chair, table etc. They changed the room after i argued about my actual room

Behavior of hotel staff was very poor. I have ordered food, and they have added additional items/wrong items to charge higher price. When i asked them to correct the bill, they started arguing. Neighboring rooms complained about ac not working and the was quite visible to our room as well. Location is nice but they need to change the behavior drastically.

Room was not as per standard shown in booking app. I booked deluxe king room, the room was very small. Washroom door was in a bad condition.

जितना बड़ा रूम बताया गया था उसके मुकाबले बहुत छोटा और गंदा रूम मिला। बेड शीट और तकिए बहुत गंदे थे। आज सुबह से ही ac बंद कर दिया गया है जिसके कारण बहुत गर्मी है जबकि बिजली आ रही है। होटल में पानी के लिए भी चार्ज लिया गया है जबकि कंप्लीमेंट्री में पानी और चाय तो फ्री होती है। कुल मिलाकर में बिल्कुल भी अच्छा महसूस नहीं कर रहा हूं इस होटल में आकर।

No good service, no food option available. Served us roasted breads with tea in breakfast. Not hygenic. Check in given on 4 pm as they were cleaning the room since 11 am. Worst stay.
