My wife and I have recently spent 2 nights at hitel four Element as part of a larger group on a tour of North India. We absolutely loved the hotel, the glamping style accommodation was first class, the food and staff were exceptional. A great place to spend time relaxing.

The hotel was exlent. Staff was very polite and caring, specially front desk staff,Mr yogesh, Sourabh and mahima, breakfast was tasty and higinic............. Location near Banaras railway station,just 4 km far viswanathan temple , highly recommended

Service- excellent. Right from person at reception to room service and house keeping were very helpful. Food is good but a bit costly but they allow you to order from swiggy so it was sorted. Room are good

Hotel four elements offers very nice rooms and food. Staff is also very friendly and supportive. It is very close to banaras railway station and other popular destination.

The positive sides are: we had a good experience at the hotel. The size of the room is reasonable. Food was good and served reasonably fast. The location is on a reasonably road which is accessible by cars and even vans. The payment is hassle free. Hotel has tie up with travels though we didn’t use to share our experience. The hotel was courteous to take care of our luggage which we kept them for few hours on our request after our check out. The negative sides are: got only warm water in bathroom during evenings; it gets quite noisy at about 12 in midnight with lot of noise perhaps from kitchen utensils being cleaned and stacked; no good view if you open your window curtains;

The stay was comfortable and the location of hotel is within close vicinity to important areas. In room dining service is good and hotel has generator backup for quick respite inside room during power outages.
