Hotel was premium but bathroom was stinking like anything. Had to request time and again for air freshener. They haven't provided chair or stool for my elderly mother even after multiple requests.

I booked 10 bed dorm. The dorm is good but pls note, the is no ventilation point in this dorm. There is one window bit it is blocked. Without AC the place becomes quiet suffocating. The AC access is from reception, so you need to request them for AC On and Off. The staff is very helpfull. Pls note, the washroom is not attached to the dorm. It is outside and it is a shared washroom. The Kaashi Vishwanath temple is just 600m away from the hotel.

I booked triple sharing room with bigger size but i got small room for triple sharing with one double bed and one single bed when i checked-in during late night around 12. It’s not fair to get a small room after paying huge price for a room. Rest things are fine like rooms are very good with latest furnishing and hardware fittings. The hotel has its own restaurant which serves very delicious food. I would recommend to stay in this hotel because of its location, rooms and food. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Location w. R. To kashi vishwanath temple visitor, it is very convenient. However, advised to carry one’s luggage from a dropout place - about 500 metres away from the hotel - due to traffic restrictions. Food is so so (it is quite costly as well) but there are plenty of options on the main street - which one must try out. Those are healthy, tasty and cheaper too. Rooms are not having any window where natural light can make an inroad. No electric kettle in the room for tea making (so no tea, no glass, no cup, etc. A lot of work in progress is going on in the hotel - which hampers the peace and tranquility of the boarders. We faced the problem for hot water (for shower) as well. No way the the tariff is justifiable for such kind of hotel.

Rooms are clean. Walkable distance to temple and main ghat. Veg restaurant is very good. All south indian tiffins available. But it opens only at 9am.

Our stay at hotel saffron was excellent. Both the rooms they've provided were very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were very clean and toiletries were there in each bathroom. Hotel's staff's behaviour was very good. I asked them if they can let me check out late, they ***aged it and let me checked in for an hour more. They even help me with the taxi so i can reach the station by providing their own taxi with driver. Hotel's restaurant's food was very delicious and we told them not to make food very spicy because of my grandparents and they done the same. Overall me and my family like the stay at the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at hotel saffron, varanasi. The location of the hotel was excellent and pretty ideal. However, this is scope for improvement regarding room service. Nonetheless, it is a great hotel and an easy recommendation to anyone who is looking for a hotel in a good location at varanasi.

our stay in Hotel Saffron, Varanasi was relaxing. mushroom dishes were delicious. food was good though the chinese was a little disappointing. overall very good 😊
