Hotel is situated in good place. My stay in the hotel is good, all staves behaviour is good and services are also good. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I want to visit again in this hotel.

While checking in reception how realised it is very hot all around when asked Mr Vivek at reception explained it is the people coming in and out of gate is making the place hot our next question was are our room ready he told us yes but only one is ready other we will get it ready within an hour when we reached the lobby of fourth floor our lift got jammed some one in lobby helped us rescuing when we gave emergency ring lobby had that moth stink and was really unbearably hot as if it is no well ventilated and sultry rotten carpet same stink in room and hot too we called the reception and was told it will improve bear with us as we just made the room which were suppose to be ready we called and they asked that we wil call the hotel to confirm your problem but reception as usual did not pickup the call she requested me go down and let Mr Vivek discuss this with me After chatting with your representative Mr Vivek told that yes our Ac compressor is down and it will take few days to get it replaced and we will not accept as our fault so given all filling reasons to our guest we where unable to shift to other hotel as your representative started making excuses and also promised as paltry 2500 as co****sation coupon

The building is an old one; rooms are spacious; could have been better maintained; staff was courteous and very polite. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable; food was well prepared and so was a complimentary cake on birthday. Place is closer to airport and not too far from the temple either. Good stay overall.

Unmarried couples are not allowed and we were not allowed to check in, but no refund was provided for 3 dyes booking, at-least they should have given 2 days refund, but denied, this principle does t not suit a five star property.
