International Travellers' Hostel by ITH Stays

I spent 9 nights in this hostel during the low season. There was no one in the dormitory; I was completely alone. Nevertheless, all the cash I had in my wallet disappeared while I was in the bathroom taking a shower. To make matters worse, the staff did absolutely nothing on their own initiative to remedy the situation, even though there was no doubt that the thief was one of them. the hostel itself is nice, but if you don't feel safe, everything else becomes irrelevant. they're thieves.

HHI situated in heart of Varanasi. Imposing building. Graceful reception/ lobby. However, rooms upkeep is missing. Mobile charging points are ineffective. Centralized AC doesn't have room control. V were in room 111 which was Arctic cold. To avoid cold switching-off only remedy. Food good. Restaurant team hospitable-couteous. Touched by the services of server Siraj. He is attentive, sincere, hardworking. He served himself anything required on the table. The true spirit behind was selfless services. Impressed by his attitude 👏. Rohit Panday, Asst F&B including hostess Jayanti Jha were enthusiastic attending the hotel guests. Good experience.

Besides the beautiful structure with a jungle-like garden, the difference is made by ***ager Bikash Singh. He will be extremely kind and professional with you and will quietly share (if you want) his culture and experience of Varanasi. In short, he will make you feel at home. All people who come to Varanasi should pass through here to understand Varanasi and India. Unforgettable. Thank you Bikash
