The hotel was under renovation so we faced a little noisy ambience. Staffs were well mannered. Location is good.

The rooms and bed were not clean. The bedsheet and blanket were dirty. The condition of the bathroom was also not good.

Very pathetic condition of rooms and photos available are totally hoodwinked the eyes. No cleaning, pathetic bed and bedsheets, exhaust fan in washroom not working, fan speed control know broken, and on top of that if you will ask to put two water jugs you will get their response that only one jug is provided. Common areas like lift, reception and stairs are badly managed and you will observe faul and seepage smell, delivery personal either it is pantry boy or someone else will have their mouth full with pan masala and if you wl ask or they try to something then be cautious either paan ki peak ( paan spitting) will be there. I have never had such pathetic experience of stay.

Staff is very rude . Rates are very expensive as per hotel standards and services offered. You will not get food options during meal time. They will serve only what they have prepared. You won’t get hot water all the time . Rooms are very small and no cross ventilation available. Rooms are similar to lock up / store rooms having bad smell. Not at all worthy . Better to find hotel in Godowlia which is centre of the city and walking distance from Kashi Vishwanath temple.
